- World of Warcraft might have a problem with group content. How do you get into a raid or mythic dungeon group? I've got three strategies I use to make finding groups significantly easier!

Grouping up shouldn't be like leaving a job application. But casual guilds just don't exist anymore. And if you make one, everyone still expects the guild and raids to be perfect well-oiled hardcore raiding machines.
You can't win.
Push your own keys, start your own raids, build your IO. *Poof* no more problems.

Either play something in-demand like a healer/aug (tank in m+) or make your own groups. People will choose what they have a reason to
I've pugged to 3.2k with my survival hunter, though it helps that BM is rather popular as most people don't realize im Surv when they throw me an invite.
But it would still go a lot quicker if I played a mage.
The best solution is for Blizz to balance out class/spec utility. The differences in class utility is beyond crazy, at least in M+
This gatekeeping is 100% the cause of WoW's downfall. The problem is Blizzard's fault though. They shouldn't be punishing players this much for failures which is what is causing the gatekeeping. So yes, you doing something at 450 that you now require others to be at 480 is very hypocritical and toxic. However, Blizzard has forced this onto the community and they are the ones that will need to fix it to make this game as good as it was in the past.

Only reason it's hard to get invited to groups in group finder is because nobody wants their key or raid to be destroyed by casuals who don't pay attention or do the mechanics. Expecting people take the time to learn a fight before hand is apparently toxic to these people.
that shit goes both ways. Both sides are super toxic and the only people truly at fault is Blizzard for designing Mythic Plus to be this bad. They seriously should get rid of keys being destroyed.
+20 is your worst possible example. Cause its lowest dungeon to get yourself +483 ilvl vault. So most ppl would apply to those keys. People dont understand, unless they post smth like AD+20, that you can choose from meta to rio/ilvl players of different variety! So lets say we have 2 players, both casual 1 plays frost dk, 2400 rio 486 ilvl. 2nd plays havoc 475 ilvl, but its an alt of 3,5k rio player. So here is a question to you: who would be more helpful in timing this key?
Another example, same ilvl, same rio but first timed 100+dungeons, 2nd timed 30. Who would you pick? And so on and on and on.
So answer to this is simple - play meta or gtfo into your own group. Tis just how wow works this days. Unless you are high end player that can outperform most meta classes on your non-meta character, dont expect to get invited "just cause". There are plenty of better players to choose from. Play early in the morning during holidays, apply to 21st keys, bring smth to benefit your group. And dont cry how bout how awesome you are on a non-meta class. No one would care, nor blizz rly cares about those classes. Its balance issue and its balanced around mdi and +17 key lvl.
Play Tank or Healer and start to push your own keys! Problem solved.
That's why I honestly quit wow. U always play roles that are in demand. Healer or tank. However, just dealing with finding people , and expect them to do really basic shit like let the tank pull, and not aggro ahit is unrealistic. It's too much work.
This video makes me want to quit the game. Such exclusivity - this is not like the WoW i'm use to 15 years ago.
Im not sure I'd say it's exclusive. It's completely fair to want to be confident that your team is capable of completing the challenges ahead. I play frequently and never feel like I'm unable to find a group or get the help I need. I also played 20 years ago too
