Latino Press celebrate 30 years of informing the community!

At Latino Press, we celebrate 30 years of informing the community through a dinner with community leaders, on Tuesday, April 4th. Representatives and leaders from different areas in Detroit, met to celebrate with us, these years of achievements and challenges.
The celebration was attended by Stephen Grady, Deputy Chief of Staff and Assad Turfe, Wayne County Deputy Executive, who presented an award to Elias M. Gutierrez Publisher of Latino Press on behalf of Wayne County Executive Mr. Warren Evans.
In addition, we had the presence of Mr. Salvador Salort-Pons, Director of the Detroit Institute of Arts, who expressed words of recognition.
Also honoring Latino Press with their presence were the original group of New Michigan Media such as Arthur Horwitz former publisher of Jewish News, Osama Siblani publisher of Arab American News, Tack-Yon Kim publisher of Michigan Korean Weekly and Hayg Oshagan director of NMM.
Latino Press was founded in 1993. Friends and colleagues, expressed a few words to Elias M. Gutierrez and the Latino Press team for this great celebration.
And same time, we celebrate the publisher's of this newspaper, Elias M. Gutierrez birthday, who turned 70, we wish him full health and continued success.
