I’ve formed many stairs as a union carpenter in Boston and clicked on this to pick it apart and have a good laugh. But not a bad idea if you don’t know how to properly form and brace a set of stairs it is very difficult and you’ll have blowouts and misc problems learning. But look at them they have no possible blowouts . I would have to see it get tested to really say it is genius but it is impressive no less

Yes, let me explain, don't take it personnel, in my point of view these are the observation points. 1. First of all proper shutting need to provide for staircase works. If u use bricks what the water in concrete will absorb by bricks. And also using sand above the concrete it also absorb the water in concrete. So no water for heat of hydration. Durability missing here. 2. Slump of concrete is more. 3. Once the initial setting time complete we can't able to disturb the concrete.(freshly prepared concrete initial setting time 30min) Due to man movement internal cracks will develop.(can check in microscope, it's available in Bangalore university). 3. There is no cover blocks. 4. Base Surface need to hack and apply nitobond or atleast cemenf slurry before starting concrete. 5. Shuttering holes not packed.(use shuttering tape at least to avoid bleeding. 6. Safety points need to tk care

Yes you're right besides here you may not get the desired riser height and there'll be a shoddy finish vibrator not used to compact concrete and steel missing at the bend
No Reinforcement connection with waist slab, Only solid concrete to make the steps its not safe.,Crack will form and the step will distortion separately from Waist slab making more maintenance cost.

What he means is you cant retemper the cement by adding water to a mostly dried mix. This will at the very least crumble on the surface
