No is not, the $5 is a fixed commission. So say you invest $9900 into T-Bill, you will get $10000 when matures. And the $5 commission is on the total amount, so your cost will become $9905, and your profit at the end is $95

T-Bill 本身唔派息, 個差價可以睇成就係個利息.
標準計算回報率會用 Yield to Maturity, 亦即係係 IB 見到個 Yield. YTM 係一個年度化既回報率, 所以同你個計法會有方別.

而家 Hibor 太高, 借 HKD 個成本會高過美債利率.
之前經驗經常用market price都成交唔到 (個量太少?買10k USD), 有咩方法解決?
最後要LMT提升好多先成交到
我都遇過，之後嘗試揀 ask 比 bid 數量多既債就無問題。
買債最好唔好用 Market Price 去買.
因為賣家係可以 set minimum quantity, 你買入量唔夠的話,
你見到最低既 Ask Price 都係未必成交到.
最好做法都係 set 左 Limit Order, 再慢慢調.
IB 有提示過我, 個量太細, 出價要進取D先得
