@@monisingh771 It's not a super natural series. It's just that in this scene they show that the female lead has a brain tumor due to which she is gradually losing her memory. And the tumor is so infectious that she may die due to it [Doctor said that she will live for approx. 3 months then she will die if the tumor isn't removed from her brain]. Due to this tumor, she is not able to recognize people, she even mistook the villain as her husband n went in his car with him [Luckily, his husband was there in time]
