What stopped me was the orientation guy referring to the Lytex camera system and safety scorecard as their "micro management system!" Even today, I see ATS drivers instinctively, and often without checking their mirrors, swerving into the left lane everytime someone passes them and pulls in in front of them in an attempt to not get scorecard points against them. I have witnessed this cause other vehicles to slam on their brakes and swerve into the median to avoid rear ending your driver. YOUR LYTEX SCORCARD SYSYTEM CAUSES WRECKS AND TRAFFIC PROBLEMS!!
You use those particular cameras to coach? No you use driver facing to nanny your drivers all day. I will never work for a company with driver facing cameras. I don’t need to be spied on.
I understand your concerns, and it's important to feel respected and trusted at your workplace. At ATS, we utilize front-facing cameras to ensure a safe and secure environment for our drivers and the communities they serve. And if safety is cool, consider me Miles Davis. O'Doyle Rules!

Hey! Thanks for the question! You will be hauling direct ATS freight through an internal Load board. Basically, you work with your driver manager and they will send you load offers for loads in your area.

Either way, drivers receive a $4,000 completion bonus that they can put towards the down payment after their lease is up.
I'm sorry to hear that you were discouraged by the information you found. It's important to gather a comprehensive understanding before making any career decisions. While everyone's experience might be different, it's crucial to thoroughly research a company's culture, values, and work environment to determine if it aligns with your career goals and values. If you have any specific concerns or questions, feel free to share, and I can provide more insights to help you make an informed decision.
