Soon car companies will offer analog controls as a luxury option. And screen and touch controls as a basic... Oh.. Of course, it is much easier to update software and add new features to the screen saving money, but please, can we get convenient controls back? The designers who designed dashboards soon will be like people who code Cobol, old and forgotten... Or super expensive to hire!
Luxury is for the wealthy
That's what I've been saying. The cars are now going through what hand watches went through in the 80's when digital stuff came out and they were popular for a while, until people realized they sucked and good old fashioned mechanical watches became far more appreciated, to the point where they became luxury items.

I have had two very good experiences with this manufacturer in terms of quality and reliability.
Awesome new Honda design language. Kudos to Honda for creating a timeless design. Compared to its peers the interior is more spacious. As always Thomas provided a very insightful commentary that is well presented. I agree with just everything that he has to say in his reviews of the full range of cars.
Taillamp design looks like Volvo XC60.
And VW on the bottom.

Infotainment layout is a plus for those of us in left hand drive countries as the passenger can easily adjust the volume while the driver uses steering wheel controls. Doesn't make so much sense in a car with the driver on this side.
Nice review of the future CR-V that will come to Europe next year. Maybe you can review the US HR-V which will turn next year to Europe as ZR-V (since EU gets a smaller/different HR-V). That could be very usefull 😉

The Honda looks lovely and will be as reliable as all their other models ( i have a 2016, 90k mile Civic, best car i have ever had!)
Looking at their new range, they have not put a foot wrong imo.

In yt auto quality settings sometimes goes like 15 frames per sec. Sound ok.
When i change manually for 720p or more then is okay 🤔. Samsung.

I saw it in person. It’s not all the hype they make it to be. It’s the same exact car with couple of small upgrades the cargo has less room than the current gen
Very nice from Honda. Their old design language was quite ugly and forgettable, but all of their new designs are much more elegant and minimal in the best ways. The interior is also super nice with a balance of analog and digital. Well done.

Why not a 7 seater trim? All other major SUV’s nowadays makes one.
I love what honda is doing with all their vehicles- interior and exterior design wise. But why a cvt... We cant even get the manual civic here cuz of braindead EU regulations.
I've not made a comment for a very long time, mainly because all new cars are now boring lumps of nothingness but this Honda looks like a proper car again, it has knobs and proper switches, big buttons, Oh what a joy to behold.

Also irgendwie scheint man bei Honda nicht mehr zu wissen, wie man sein Design in Zukunft entwickelt. Nach dem sehr extrovertierten Design der Vorjahre. Ist dies nun sehr zurückhaltend. Der neue Accord ist auch nicht wirklich schön. Es erinnert eher an einen Koreaner.
Das war bei Honda schon öfters der Fall. Die wilden und konservativen Designs wechselten sich ab. Mit den neuen Modellen ist wieder die konservativere Welle dran.

I am following this channel for few years now. I noticed that you started to tell the measurements in imperial units only. I think you should use metric also, since you have european viewers and you are Germane:)
For every length, I give metres and inches, and also when I do xyz longer / shorter than, I usually give both cm and inches. Maybe there is one or two exceptions when there was little time to convert
The new crv sold in china has led turn signals for the rear while most of the crv sold in other countries uses halogen bulb rear turn signals

Love the new design other than the mixed digital and analog display .. the all digital driver display on the 2017-2022 models is best! To me it’s like they took a step backwards and since this is pretty much the main area that a driver looks at (while driving) I think it’s a huge letdown though, it does seem to give much more info at a glance so maybe some will like it more…other than that it’s perfect!
Not electric, not for me. Looks good, but im sure it will sell since there are not alot of charging stations across rural US.

What is up with the off square lookin inserts on the front grille? Not liking it. At least maintain the same color as the color of the suv. They're silver on every color scheme. Sticks out like a sore thumb.
5:52 I don’t understand,I have this feature on my 2009 CR-V and more importantly,those seats aren’t the magic seats anymore. That’s kinda sad
I think the hybrid version is really good,allowing more power than before can be useful for those with trailers(not too big tho)

My friend has a Lamborghini urus I would say that’s one of the coolest SUVs ever. The problem was these are typically designed for middle-age to little old ladies. I am a 50 year-old white male and I drive a 2019 CRV and I like it but I would hardly ever say there’s anything about it that is cool.
