for optimal results, apply your moisturizer on skin that’s a bit wet after cleansing. this helps lock in hydration. i make it a habit, and it makes a noticeable difference. i apply riceberry face moisturizer of liettleextra on damp skin and then add its sunscreen. this ensures I’m moisturized and protected throughout the day. I’ve started receiving compliments now. just a small tip like this can make a huge difference

My husband has tried all of these plus rx creams…and oils all of the topicals. He has psoriatic arthritis with large open sores. After 6 years of trying everything I told him to try coconut oil because it’s antibacterial right after showering and it’s amazing for holding in moisture on the skin all day with no greasy residue. He switched soaps to goats milk soap. A friend makes this si I gave it to him to try.something about this combination has cleared his broken sores, no more itching. He said it’s absolutely changed. He said he may even try to wear shorts which he would never do because it looked so ugly. Tell me your opinion doctor, my doctors don’t know what they are doing. My my super dry people pro tip! Make sure to out hylaronic acid or something very hydrating on first and not just the cerave cream because it's going to trap moisture on the skin and keep it in. If you are putting it on Bone dry skin it is not going to do much because you are just trapping dry skin in need of moisture. It's a great occlusive barrier if you have something hydrating underneath and works wonders. A lot of people try to use it on dry skin and say it stings or ruined their skin barrier. That's because you have a damaged skin barrier and need hydration first! I use Paul's choice hylaronic acid that has ceramides before I put on thr cerave and wow what a difference!

The Cerave one in the jar is incredible. I have combination skin (only a little oily on the forehead, but my nose is pretty oily) and it works well for it, despite being advertised for normal to dry. I thought it was so cheap for the price, but it really works very well keeping the skin moisturized for the whole day. It doesn't do the best job keeping the oily skin from getting oily again after a few hours, but ive yet to find anything that does, so... I don't think you can get anything better than that in terms of value.
