My family and I are going to a Stray Kids concert tomorrow in Los Angeles. Stray Kids have some great Kpop songs that I think would be awesome for a workout session like Maniac, Thunderous, and God's Menu. Trying to get them to play them at my CrossFit box. People are missing out.

Most people who possess the discipline and sense of personal responsibility necessary to engage in CrossFit, would rather do a double Murph in 95 degree heat than listen to the repulsive, ignorant, lies and propaganda for which CNN is famous.

Interstate/highway traffic is awful. I live in Tennessee and avoid driving to/thru Atlanta as much as possible.
