Not true. You can find part time jobs without a car. Some jobs might require you to have a car but not every job. Especially if you are working in the city, it is quite costly to drive a car due to parking fees.

Some agents promise students a world but no one can tell if you will be able to get PR after studies. But i will look into popular courses in Australia for students.
