Cedrat boise & aoud lemon mint have been great usable fragrances for me. This seems to be a good fit for me and really enjoying the mancera line for the price point...

Absolutely love this one! You’ve gotta checkout aoud blue notes, I’ve heard it smells like Burberry touch, however I love it and haven’t tried burberry touch to confirm a similarity.
@@MelloLoMane I own and enjoy both but I feel aoud blue notes is a bit more suiting for fall and winter whereas aoud lemon mint is a year rounder, the almond in aoud lemon mint is amazing.
I have both they smell different there isn't similarities at all. Touch smell fruity aromatic and oud blue note smell somehow menthol but in good way I like it a lot

They "expire" after 5 years but there are bottles from 90s that sells for a lot of money so i think you are fine if you buy another bottle at a good prics
The oldest bottle in my collection is Havana by Aramis. I bought it in '94,it got released that year.Still smells fine.I never throw away the box they come in and also make sure you never store them in your bathroom !
I've been torn between the two. This seems like a fresher and cleaner version of Terre d heremes edt but with more fruits where as TdH is more like a dirty vetiver orange like a grove of oranges
I would have loved to see your reaction to L'Occitan Eau de Vetyver (the way they spelled it), as it's a truly unique gem, but it's been discontinued (so awful, such a crime). I guarantee you'd have found it to be unlike any other vetiver you ever tried. It's simply exquisite.

So I'm relatively new to your channel and have gone from 1 signature fragrance to over 30 in that short time period. I finally made time to go to Nordstrom to get a bottle of Creed and boy was I disappointed when I tried it out. My wife didn't like it at all and to be honest neither did I. So Ok, let me try Millesime Imperial, nope, Silver Mountain Water, nope, ok Green Irish Tweed has to work, after all Cool Water was my jam back in school, nope! I am sorry I do not see what all the hype is about. I refuse to wear a fragrance that I do not like just to say I am wearing Creed!! After giving up on Creed I tried PDM's Layton, not my thing either. I actually sprayed Creed Aventus on one hand and PDM Layton on the other and went to dinner. Ended up having to wash my hands because they never got better. After dinner I went back and tried Baccarat Rouge 540 (the Extrait) by Maison Francis Kurkdjian, Winner Winner Chicken Dinner!! Expensive as hell but at least it smell great and last all day and probably all week if you didn't shower!!! My wife and I both love it!
Just got this, it reminds me of the immature brother to Daniel Josier Vetiver(amazing dry down) which is less unisex, more woods, more refined, less synthetic. Superior quality. I don't see the hype on this one, but it does smell good.
@@rianrazz11 @rianrazz11 In my opinion yes, more masculine. Vetiver by daniel has more woods and the vetiver is more dry grass with a crisp citrus, very classy. Mancera has a flowery potpourri vibe , I think its the orchid,( I'll sell mine for $60, really not my thing and I love vetiver scents) Performance is good 6-8 hours with Daniel. Worth the price yes because I enjoy the scent, Mancera cheaper but I dont want to wear it. Get some samples. Daniel=classy Mancera=casual

I've found aoud blue notes smells very similar aoud lemon mint but less complex, so I went with lemon mint because it's a more interesting scent imo

I am a vetiver fan too and love this one. Its very uplifting. Also try Encre Noire line since you love vetiver. EN sport being the most wearable one.

Completely different-this one is much fresher and brighter with focus on vetiver rather than sweeter fruity notes and darker woods in cedrat
