    I know this was 4 years ago but have these gates been fixed yet to be a bit more realistic when they go down and up? Something not quite right with the tortoise!
    Awesome way to get the traffic signals to flash while the crossing signals are activated. Amazing!

    impeccable - even preternaturally realistic - scenery and detailing.
    real artistry on display here.
    looks like photographs of an "idealized" real world - where everything was kept immaculately clean.
    damn. this beats even the world-famous Miniatur Wunderland in Hamburg Germany.
    as awesomely detailed as that showcase is - its scenes would never be mistaken for photos of reality.

    can you show us a how to video on the Signal System and the Traffic Signals and how you got them to go in sync with eachother ? Thanks GRE2057

      +GRE “Autopilot” 2057 It is actually pretty easy, I use the Grade Crossing Pro controller from LogicRail Technologies and a traffic light controller from Bakatronics. The traffic light controller has an input which turns it into flashing mode and that is connected to the an output on the crossing controller which also controls the bell Circuit.

      +Summit model train videos the Technology for model Railroads has come along way from when i first started about 20 years ago and your layout makes me want to build one like yours when i get the room someday and thanks for showing off your model railroad for people around the world to watch

    Until I saw the courthouse, I thought I was on 110 in Troup. The topography is so similar.
    I’ve always found pavement to be a real weakness in most layouts. Your roadways are fantastic.

    Can I hook up a bakatronics controller and do the traffic light grade crossing input with a Walthers scene master traffic light?

    • @summitmodeltrainvideos4440
      @summitmodeltrainvideos4440  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Not with a Walthers traffic light controller, because the Bakatronics IS the traffic light controller, which has a control input that can receive a signal from the grade crossing controller. The grade crossing controller is GradeCrossingPro from LogiRail TecnologiesYou may be able to use the Walthers traqffic signal with Bakatronics with the proper resisters.

      Summit model train videos thank you for the information. Shouldn't be too hard. It would probably take 20 years to get it working if this was O scale lol.

    This is one gorgeous layout. The streets vanishing in perspective at the rear of the scenes are perfect. What is the (continuous, seamless?) backdrop material in the last scene? It looks great.
