Didn't want to click on this video because I thought I knew what the content would be; the typical alpha male shtick, negging for the sake of negging, that kind of thing. It's really about having respect for yourself and setting boundaries with people so you don't get taken advantage of our come off as insincere. I needed to watch this and I'm glad I clicked on it.
love this comment thanks man I appreciate it, i'm glad it connected. the "alpha chad" stuff is annoying and ineffective so i hope to offer an alternative voice. Let me know if there's any other videos or topics that you like some help with
Hey man, do you have advice on how to react the best way if someone is doing the thing the guy did in the bar, making jokes etc, in a more smart and subtle way. Like completely indirect, passive aggressive. Like acting like saying something about himself, but its clearly about you. So if the person makes it harder for you to react. In my experience most people do that indirect "sideswibes", which are tricky to respond to. Or sometimes not possible to respond to.
It's not just the nice guy syndrome. People seem to not accept nice guys overall even if it's only temporary, for example there's many guys who are cordial, nice, friendly, outgoing not over the top nice guy just express that sentiment and they're not valued for that. It's a problem with modern dating.
likely because they are missing some other qualities to balance it out. all the qualities you wrote are desirable. but they're desirable in a package with others. women want a gentle-man it's highly desirable for a car to have seats in it but if it hasn't got any wheels you're not going anywhere. being nice and kind isn't enough.
