I wou recomend to try analyzing the brawler you pick for each map. Try to pick brawler that are good to win lane on that map so you can dominate one side and that should create a huge pressure for your team. Brawlers with high projectiles and wide range are usually good to win lane

Im stuck at muthic...the situation is so worse ,the randoms are bad ...if won a game +75 otherwise -111 ..wtf.. seriously wtf...i cant get past 6000 points my highest is 6500+ something points
I would say try to learn what picks are good for specific maps. Maps with lots of wall try to have a thrower on the team. Wide open maps pick snipers or brawler that can put pressure like Meg. And narrow maps with tons of bushes pick high dmg / agility brawlers. Hope this helps
In diamond honestly try to master like 3 brawlers that are really good in the meta and pick according to what's good to the map. Maps with lots of wall is usually good for throwers, open map snipers, close maps tanks / high dmg brawlers.

I was mythic 2 then tilted all the way to mythic 1 at the lowest rep possible
Keep playing and not getting to tilted with the randoms will help
