- A quick look at the immediate plans for the mission on the International Space Station, starting with the arrival of the new crew members: NASA astronaut Terry Virts, European Space Agency astronaut Samantha Cristoforetti, and cosmonaut Anton Shkaplerov. The flight plan, designed to learn how to help people safely live and work in space, supports the effort to send astronauts to an asteroid and to Mars in the coming years. It includes the early steps of reconfiguring station modules to accommodate future commercial crew vehicles, doing experiments that provide benefits to people on Earth today, including research into 3-D printing, fire suppression, and protecting astronauts’ visual acuity, and the beginning of the first yearlong mission in this station’s history.
It will break my heart when the ISS is re entered into our atmosphere. I worked at NASA during the ISS build years.

There's no reason for the station to get too old. Just keep building up, adding new modules and let go what you don't need. It could be infinitely renewed, refitted and boosted.
The entire space program is so amazing. I enjoy watching these brave people complete their projects. I even watched them fly overhead above Florida where I live! ! Loved it!

Nobody BELIEVED Star trek was real ....Why would they believe this "Entertainment" is ?

If you or anybody else could share a link to ANY video showing ANY spaceman, doing ANYTHING of "Scientific significance" onboard the international play station, It would be very much appreciated ....

Does anyone have any regret, when the West insisted to burn a unique station "Mir" so that Roscosmos fast build ISS instead of her? Everything in life comes back like a boomerang.))

Do you know that accordingly to your data , the shapes of your flying spacecraft is complete non sense? It should be perfectly round with accelerator perfectly in a middle with ability to produce force in all directions , sometimes nearly in this same times. Actually accordingly to your data many things , even a space is non sense. Analogically who knows the formula for force in space ? Huge mistake is applying earths pattern in completely different world . There is something wrong , don't you see that ?
