I moved to Louisville/Newburg from Detroit in 2016 for a few years and visit sometimes. I been all over the city in the night and day and I always got respect cuz I carried myself a certain way. It not that treacherous to me even though the murder rate been higher than ever out there since the pandemic. I think it’s a cool laid back city compared to sum like Detroit but also like Detroit it usually as dangerous as you make it for yourself. Watch surroundings, don’t be trusting just anybody, don’t linger around, be respectful
