You said to apply three coats of copper float to the bottom… Did you mean the exterior or the interior ? Also, can I fire this in a cone six kiln? (I wish you had shown the outside of the bowl, but the interior is absolutely beautiful.) thanks and I hope to hear from you.🌷
I'm just starting to use the things like cobalt wash...because it's under foodsafe stoneware glaze, does that mean the interior is food safe even with the wash/flux melt under it? Or is this strictly a decorative technique?
Great video and so pretty!
That is so pretty! I want to try this with multi colors, if that would look good.
What does the outside of the bowl look like? This is BEAUTIFUL!!! Thank you for sharing!
New potter here!🙋♀️ This is absolutely stunning!

This technique is intended to be functional.
Please tell me about the turntable you’re using is it has ball bearings in it? Are you using it on a wheel
We are using a banding wheel! You should be able to find them at most ceramic supply stores
What is flux?
it's a glaze that aids in movement.
I have found the sw 401 flux but I can't seem to find the sw 401 light flux like you use in the video. are these the same?
Hi! Yes those are the same. SW-401 is Light Flux
where is the video that shows the results?
The results are at the end of the video
