welcome back to Swift Guitar Lessons for another by request song tutorial. In today's session I've broken down how to play John Lennon's 1971 classic "Jealous Guy" for solo performance. We'll get started by learning an adaptation of John's piano intro, then move on to the chord progressions and strumming patterns for the verse and chorus sections. Let's get started!

thank you.. I tried to follow this tutorial.. just a little struggling with the down up. but I feel it's coming through the brains.. just has to exercise this over and over and over again till it's in my fingers.. I got this song by my guitarteacher .. but what you bring up with the finesst tuning ups and downs is really what I needed to learn.. that takes me to one step up the mountain of guitarplaying....I will play fingerstyle to.. but what you'r doing here is what my husband can't teach me.. but what he really does in playing for so many years.. Soo you make me so happy with this lesson..thank you very much!!

good teaching. can you do any America songs from their first album "America" .Three roses, Riverside ,etc . cheers .Its a great acoustic album but they use a lot of major seven chords
