I've said it once, and I'll say it again. This whole scene is a modern-day Shrek 2 I Need a Hero.
The muisc, the way the sound effects compliments the music and goes in veat with it. Still love how Velet and Veneers stomping matched the song. The vocals were amazing. And the action and stakes were high. I haven't felt that hyped and stimulated since Shrek 2.
And niw we have a wonderful cover to match the amazing scene.
And both are dreamworks funny enough
Not to mention if Branch and Poppy didn't save BroZone, they possibly would've died. That's some high stakes there

From my understanding they couldn't add sweet dreams to the final version cause a contract BUT they were allowed to use it for the movie only. So the fact we got a full version from Anna made my day.
I had listened to the soundtrack before I saw the movie. So when Velvet and Veneer first appeared and were singing "Sweet dreams" I was confused but excited. It was such a cool song for them.
I haven't watched any of the "Trolls" movies but, uh, after hearing THIS, I'm thinking I better get my butt in gear and watch'em!!! This mashup along with your outstanding vocals just blew my mind. I mean...dayuuum!!! I love it!!! Great job Anna!!! You never ever disappoint us...❤❤❤
The films are very enjoyable. Maybe not masterpieces, but it's definitely worth a watch if you have time to kill. And this song, along with the scene, BREATH TAKING!!! The chills I got in theaters. Haven't felt that way since Shrek 2 I Need a Hero.

watched the third movie in cinema without having seen any of the previous ones. It was surprisingly a very great good vibe juke box musical, I highly recommend it. Also watched the second one after, pretty good too, still have to watch the first one XD
The 3rd movie is a watchable crack and I love it. The best thing for me about Troll is how the characters deal with trauma and communications. Poppy and Branch is honestly a power couple

When Branch had the fight with his brothers and Poppy followed him and reminded that she will always be by his side and he acknowledged that, that was such a sweet, wholesome and small but powerfull moment. I haven't seen the previous movies before that one, but this scene alone showed me how much these two have bin through and care for each other

I always had a soft spot for Veneer in this movie since he had the guts to fess up to all the crimes that both him and velvet did and fully accepted the consequences regardless of him being manipulated or not.
That's why I think Brozone could start giving Veneer private singing lessons when he gets out of jail.
So glad these songs are getting more attention, they’re SO good. Amen to the trolls movie for using them

as someone who was never a fan of the trolls movies, watching Trolls 3 with my nieces blew me away. I was never expecting such engaging villains from that series, I was pleasantly surprised at how good that movie was.
Should’ve figured it’d be good though, Dreamworks has been going off with great villains as of late.
glad to see this movie gettin the love it deserves. watched it in cinema, pretty much for the boyband pun line in the trailer, it was such a surprsingly good vibe jukebox musical. Not every movie need to be puss in boots 2.

This was excellent. A song that really screams your personality as well as showing the spirit of your love for singing. The beat was amazing, the vocals were on point, and the atmosphere was just gorgeous. I love the almost deep electric guitar tune, drum beat and subtle piano key in the background and it really makes me feel like I’m dancing a very beautiful and elegant dance with a surprising edge to it. Plus I just generally love these kinds of songs since they always have this elegant allure and comforting feel to them, so its nice that your showing it some love…especially Mount Rageous; I’ve loved this song for a while and I’ve been listening to it since and your cover is very beautiful. This was beautiful as always Anna. Great job to you and I can’t wait to see what you cover next.💙
