Routers are scaled based on stateful throughput, bonding throughput, and number of users. Then you would want to think about number of WANs and if you want 1 or more 5G.

I would say that all three carriers covers 90+% of the country. Starlink would add the other 10%. Single carrier would not cover 90%.
Can this replaces Fortiwan ? whic model can replace a Fortiwan 1000B?
Its a bigger topic on which features you use, but I think it can. I'm biased toward Peplink in so many ways though.
