I had an accident on Thanksgiving in 2012, similar to this but I was taken to the hospital and refused to talk to law enforcement the FHP officer said I was sleeping at the hospital 5hrs after I was taken and smelled alcohol and I refused to speak so she arrested me for not submitting to a blood test, and my lawyer got it reduced to a reckless driving
