Thank you! We actually just used small, white s hooks! We didn’t want to commit to anything too permanent. We’ve had some pretty wicked storms and rain and they’ve held up just fine!

do you anticipate any need to anchor the posts to something like concrete pillar forms sunk into the ground?

if you're in an area prone to medium-high winds then it's advisable to bolt it down. I would recommend bolting it down in either case. A concrete foundation or slab should do the job.
