I am delighted to have reached 100 episodes of the podcast, it has been a labour of love running for 4 years, starting out in lockdown. Awesome guests, fabulous stories from around the world withe the common achievement of racing in their age category in a multisport discipline.
I am also delighted to have my better half, my wife of 33 years, Kate Conway, otherwise known as Mrs C, on this 100th edition.
We chat as usual about her journey into multiport and how she got to wear the covered GB agegroup Trisuit.
