It could be possible that he is still alive because in re 5 the rockets that hit him at the end of the game look like they go just right behind his head so the explosion could have been a little further back instead of directly at him which means he have possibilities
yep amd let's not forget his durability is enough to survive the launcher shot and he can literally lift up a missile and throw it with his bare hands so killing him isn't as easy as ppl think, anyone who fought re5 boss fight can relate

But you can't just discard Heisenberg like that because he lost to Ethan and Chris. Villains lose. Saddler lost to Leon, Wesker lost to Chris.
But its clearly Protagonist plot armor most of the time like Chris just happens to pull a tank out of his ass that Heisenberg conveniently can't control. But it's not a surprise Heisenberg lost to them because Villages story had some bad writing like the splitting up the jars.

Alexia is underrated, endurance and durability go to her, it literally took some kind of giant weapon that shot lightning to kill her, and it was similar to the weapon that Jill used to kill nemesis, and it took 2 shots of that weapon to kill her, because after receiving the first shot, she was still alive, she wins with extreme diff
