Hey Kayla. Thanks for your lessons. It's been almost 2 weeks since you released the last episode on your podcast...I can't wait for the next one but there's been a delay... I always check out to see if there's a new one out but no luck so far. Just know that we are looking forward to your lessons everyday here. I don't know how to thank you enough for your efforts. Lots of love and gratefulness from Iran
Teacher Kayla: thank you for sharing this precious lecture . You just added new and useful information to our knowledge. I appreciate your support and encouragement to students to be fluent. My due respect ❤.
also in sardinian language we use to repeat a word for expressing the concept of very or very much. for instance we can say big big to say very big or running running to say running fast so the expression for real for real sounds totally normal to me we also make repetitions in questions in order to ask the other person are you saying for real or was it just an exaggeration or a metaphoric expression 😂
Thank you Kayla! I learn a lot with all of your videos, and you are always beautiful!💗 Could you make a video about adjetives, not very formal adjetives but not slang neither, do you know what I mean? 😂❤ because I feel like in English there’s a ton of adjectives and phrasal verbs haha, and everytime I hear one that I don’t know I get a bit discourage 😢 thank you!
To go hand in hand Hiked out Studied out Candied out To find someone funny/ enjoyable / talented Can not wait / until the day For real for real I like like them Something's gotta give To be over something Throw shade Fall into your lap Sleep/ read/ clean the day away For crying out loud To overdo something To miss the joke To have big shoes to fill Wushy -washy( undecisive) Can't make up their mind Stick to a goal / resolution/ decision/ promise A letdown I am all about it I am not about it Long story short All that to say Bust out something It's right round the corner What's your take To have a hot take Don't get ahead of yourself If you play your cards right
Assalam o Alaikum ❤ صلی اللہ علیہ والہ وسلم ❤ ENGLISH IS A BEAUTIFUL LANGUAGE TO LEARN .YOUR VIDEO IS VERY INFORMATIVE AND COLOR FUL WORDS ARE ATTRACTIVE BUT PICTURE MUST BE ADDED TO MAKE VIDEO MORE BEAUTIFUL ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Hey there! I couldn’t tell even with subtitles? What does it say grandma in the example of the phrase “hand in hand”?😊
I really liked how you explained it I love it
To go hand in hand
Hiked out
Studied out
Candied out
To find someone funny/ enjoyable / talented
Can not wait / until the day
For real for real
I like like them
Something's gotta give
To be over something
Throw shade
Fall into your lap
Sleep/ read/ clean the day away
For crying out loud
To overdo something
To miss the joke
To have big shoes to fill
Wushy -washy( undecisive)
Can't make up their mind
Stick to a goal / resolution/ decision/ promise
A letdown
I am all about it
I am not about it
Long story short
All that to say
Bust out something
It's right round the corner
What's your take
To have a hot take
Don't get ahead of yourself
If you play your cards right
