Hi, you can get the ticket using this app: TRA TAIWAN RAILWAY ADMINISTRATION . 台铁e 定通I just scaned the barcode to enter the station using the app. There was no need to change it at the station. Remember to pick the correct date and time, any mistake, you may be able to make adjustment at the counter.
