@jdjxnsjsjns7067 it can just happen at random times, the soul knows when it knows, sometimes I am just driving and I randomly start crying I just feel this energy come over me and my person's image will pop into my head and that's one way I know she is thinking of me. There have been times more recently when I have been having a good time just by myself enjoying life and then I get goosebumps and I start crying. There are other moments when I will be writing her a letter in this book I am making for her and our telepathy is on point that day, something around me will confirm the connection is really strong in that moment like the wind blowing hard when it wasn't before and the emotions just start flooding in.

Came across this video, while feeiling highly anxious, this past week, my anxiety levels have been at the highest they have been in the last 12mths. I put this down to a few things, eating higher carbs than I have in the last 7months (vey much noted that this impacts my body and brain function) and the planetary alignments currently. I have deep feelings that the world, this current generation of humanity is on the brink of collapse. I want to stop thinking about it... its not mine to take on, but somehow, being a ether sensitive person, I feel it. My faith in anyting other than my day to day life has really taken a hit these past few years (same as everyone)... I just want to be able to go about my day, without too much thought to the rest of humanity, may sound selfish, and it is... I do not need or want others issues. My need to blank my mind has become a priority.
