I encourage you to read Mark 12:41-44. Jesus talks about a widow who gave 2 small copper coins as an offering while others with more money gave large amounts. He recognized that though her gift would seem small to us it was all she had which in turn was greater than the large sums others gave. God’s heart is touched by your offering and I think it’s beautiful that you have a generous heart!
I don't think anyone has ever give as small of a donation as I did back in high school. One Wednesday evening all I had was 2 pennies. I was ashamed to put it in the offering and let the offering plate pass by. After letting it go by I just really felt inside like I was supposed to give. So feeling completely stupid because now I had to go chase the plate down, I tried to laugh it off when I said to the guy holding the plate, "it's all I had on me today." Truth be told, it was all I had. The guy looked at me and said, "you'll never know the impact that will make."
Your light is so bright, that sometimes I can't even watch your videos, but I make myself, and of course it's just what I needed. I guess any darkness within me feels uncomfortable being chased away. I mean this as a compliment, I promise. I love how nothing dims your light. You have helped me reach my dreams!

You can fast T.V., social medial, hanging out with friends..etc. You can ask the Holy Spirit to show you what you can give up for 21-30 days in order to draw closer to God. God will see what you're doing for Him & He will honor it & blow your mind in the process. 🙂
Hi Susan, From my experience, I will say that when you fast, your focus is on the spirit realm where communication is always ongoing. That way, you hear more clearly from God, and " see" things much clearer. When not fasting, your attention , physically and spiritually, is scattered in a thousand and one directions by fleshly cravings, everything and nothing in particular at the same time. That way, it's difficult to be built up, difficult to develop the capacity to carry out anything of significance.
