First you have to give command. adb devices... Then it will ask for RSK key ..accept that and then run other commands.. fastboot oem unlock command should give in bootloader option...when device is in bootloader option there is no option to accept token... So your device should turn on to accept the token. You can follow exact video tutorials.

No, there will be no issue with widevine L1. But before modifying the device, you can check you have which level of widevine. play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.androidfung.drminfo You can use the above app to check your widevine if it is showing L1 it is ok..but if it showing L3 then your firmware has some bug...you have to upgrade android version or wait till new update release. Till now i only found this widevine issue in oneplus 7 pro android 10...but when i upgrade to android 11. that issue was solved... widevine change to L1. This is a rare issue but you can try..

First activate developer options, turn on oem unlock and usb debugging..then connect ur mobile to PC... reboot to bootloader and then use that command...
If your model is a T-Mobile variant it needs an unlock token. It's simply you go to OnePlus support and request a token. They request a bunch of info, verify it's not carrier locked and then give you the token. You flash the token via fastboot then send the unlock command.
When you try to connect via adb ..then RSA key is sent to the device for approval ..in order to connect the device via adb..or if you try to reboot to bootloader...without accepting RSA key .. you can't run further commands..so its necessary to approve the Token/RSA key.

No..to unlock the bootloader from setting > Developer option> your OEM and USB debugging should turned on and you have to accept RSA key while device is turned on..then you can only unlock the bootloader.. Same here, just submitted unlock token application. Have you gotten yours yet ? They say it may take up to 2 weeks.
