No koi kaam nahi magey gi if you keep it serviced as per service book. Highway it will give you 18 to 21 as per your driving habbit. City 12 to 13 in petrol. You can buy it but be sure that car is well maintained and serviced properly..

Bhai gaddi mai CNG lagao toh kabhi kabhi petrol par bhi chala leni chahiye usse body mai fluide ki rotation banni rahti hai. Mahine mai ek baar kar deni chahiye
I like your concern sir but who told you that petrol is a lubricant.. its a fuel which burns in engine. The thing you are saying is not totally correct and the car engine do start on petrol every time and then cng system kicks in after some time so what ever petrol it needs it gets in starting of engine.
Now drive the car without much worrying about the fuel cost. And dont forget to keep the car fit. For that if require my other videos available on channel.. A timely maintenance will not cost you much but give you a better ride quality..

Thank you for appreciation sir. Try below fwo for fitting of cng whoes service i have taken. 1. Near pride motors kasarwadi pune 8484842464 On this I got fixed my friends wagan R cng issue recently. Guy seems good knowledgeable (got his shop by someone reffernce ) and fixed the issue. His name is chand bhai. 2. V1 Alternate Fuel Systems Pvt. Ltd in hinjewadi. Here I got my cng fixed in 2014. I got emer system but now lavoto sequential is more popular and this guy has same agency. Search this name on google you will get the details. A day time is required to fix the cng so take a day off with prior visit to the shop to know and negotiate on pricing before actually going for visit. To know the price just call few shops and discuss the price. Check google ratings of fitters and then decide where you want to go.

In city 11-12 avg Highway run at 5th gear under 3000 rpm 18 avg in petrol. In cng city run 18km per kg. Highway 23-24 with same condition as for petrol .
It dosent matter go for the one which is easily available in the market and chose brand not based on price but it's performance..check with few fitters which are good in your area see what they suggest. The one I have chosen is also suggested by my fitter and it was quite expensive at that time..
Yes provided it has a good service history. Car shd not be having any issues related to engine pending. My car has run 1.58lac but its serviced and never left any issues pending which effects its performance so i know if i sale it then buyer will not face any issues in keeping it.

Use same 15 inches tyre which came with company. I hav never changed the size as that will lower the safety & milage of the car. I have always used mrf tyres they last 33k to 35k km. Grip is good, car is stable with laser noise and costs roughly 3700 per tyre.
Company fitted are always better as they have been tested and installed. Suspension is also tuned as per requirement. The only downfall is they charge a little high as on testing and research they spend high. If going for New vehicle research well and try to drive the same cng car which is running on cng while test drive. Currently I see lot of Tata cng car videos which are good in performance and safety rating is also good.

Honda city is a perfect car..for running on cng. However in 2015 i think the ac system are touch based that can be little tricky while driving to operate.. Thank you for the cmt..
Best way to find out check it on olx in mumbai market at what price this model and run of car been offered. Plus you keep a room for 25 to 50k in negotiation so minus that amt.

No you won't feel any thing. Buffers and mountings both are installed in my car.. Just remember dont change suspention with after market suspentions to increase the height if done that can effect handling of car..
Honda city 2009 automatic cng daily ac chalu rehta hai anytime mujhe 8kg mai 100kms chalti hai fir tank khali ho jaata hai...acha mileage hai ya bura pls batao cng pe in city ride only.
100÷8=12.5 1kg mey 12.5km chalti hai. Mujhey nahi pata ki automatic mey aap pertrol k sath kya avg nikaltey ho. For me personally ye utna accha avg nahi hai. As mujhey 17.5 to 18 ka avg milta hai city mey per kg cng par. Aap ki automatic car utna avg nahi degi as its automatic.
If you mean by kit it all depends on fitter. Now a days lavoto is one which is more used. Sequential kit is what you need from what ever options suggested by fitter.
If you are looking for a automatic cars in cng that's not yet offered by any car makers. But off market fitters fit cng in automatic cars also. I have driven one automatic ford eco sports on cng it runs fine if your fitter and car are good.
Suspention ho ya kuch aur go for original parts phir aap usko chahey bahar sey install kara loa to save money. Same identical as company sey aaya tha for best output. For tyre i never change the size as it can decrease the avg of car and after lot of research company choose a particular size for installation. By increasing 1 inch you wont find any difference in looks but if avg drops to even 2km per liter you have to bear it till next tyre change..
Pickup drops marginally you feel it in low RPM when you start your drive. My car bhp is 116 with cng may be it gives me 109 bhp only. Vibration no. But in cng i am getting a little low bhp so i need to drive it in correct gear. Difference. My driving style changed as i get to know my average in next 180- 200 km i try to get more mileage with correct driving style. In petrol you get to know only when you fill the tank. I drive my car without worrying about the cost of driving. Ya in cng i will not be getting same bhp but as i told you my driving style is now more mileage over more speed or power. I can bet that i can get best milage in petrol car also with this kind of driving. My car breaks down or accidents have decreased as i drive safe due to this milage habbit. In total i am really happy with the out come and when ever i am going to change the car i will opt for cng again. Go for it you wont regret it. I have seen people purchase car and keep it in parking and drive the 2 wheeler. Why to do that when in the expense of 2 wheeler you can drive your car now on cng.

i am planning to install cng in my atlis since petrol price have sky rocketed and my car gives mileage of 8kmpl in city i also have wagon r cng which kit did u install is it sequential?
These are the 5 points which can get you a good mileage. 1. Engine condition. It should have been serviced at its company interval. In honda city its 10k. Check the service book for same. 2. Clean air filters and cabin filters which needs to be cleaned at 5k. Do also check sparkplug condition. 3. Clutch and gear box should be in good condition. Very hard clutch and gear are signs of issue with clutch plate. 4. Most important driver and driving habbits. Sudden acceleration and brakes not only gives you bad economy but wear and tear the car parts and brakes pads. Try to maintain the rpm below 2000 for city drive and on highway below 3000. While driving use light foot on accelerator and realise the same in advance if you anticipate there is a braker ahead to avoide applying for sudden brakes. 5. Tyre condition and air pressure which is mostly neglected. Try to check the air pressure once to twice in a mnth. Along with tyre rotation after 5000km and alignment after 10000km.
I have Honda city 2013 . I am planning to install CNG in it. But I am afraid of ground clearance issue as now only sometimes it touch down in speed breaker. My question is , how effective is suspension buffers that you have installed ( rogerrag)and is it sufficient? Usually we travel 4-5 people always. do we need to install cushion buffers also( Gutka). Pls let me know. One more question is about advancer. Do u feel in low rpm any issues. Do I really need an advancer if I go for standard kit like BRC which has software timing advancer option in them.
In india speed breaker are not made with any kind of pre defined measurement. Thats why we find some are good to drive and some are very bad. However i have both the things installed (buffers and the gutka). Buffers installed recently gutka was installed after few months of cng installation. Now with 4-5 people and these things installed ( cng+gutka+buffers ) you will get 80% speed breakers without any issues but 20% which are not made correctly will always give you tough time with any sedans. I have seen bmw and audi also going zig zagg on these. 2. Go for advancer because i drive my car mostly alone so cng in low rpm will not be issue for me but if you are going to drive with fully packed i will suggest go with advancer its a one time cost but if it works you wont feel any difference in pickup & ur driving pleasure will be same. 3. After cng installation. A) clean air filter after 5000 and change after 10k at service. B) throttle body needs to be cleaned after every 20k drive. C) tyre rotation after 5k and alignment balancing after 10k. D) serive the car as per car manual only i.e 10 k only change oil and filters. And 20k service with oil and filter change.
This i have mentioned in the video. For installation take advice of brand from cng fitters as in some car particular brand cng work better and they advice accordingly. May be company has tested and tuned it according to the car. May be!!! So do ask some cng fitters.
@@SandeshHiremath-ml6xg I have not much experience in automatic. Drove one ford eco sports automatic on cng. It was Working fine, it all depends on fitter. However the avg of car will be a little low as compared to manual cars.. same as we run in petrol also.

Mostly all the Italian sequential kit are good but its about service which is generally not required in cng kits lekin jarurat padi toa miley gey levoto ka as its available everywhere. Mera suggestion lavoto ka rahey ga.. aap ko abhi thoda jada khaarch karna ho ga but its a better kit aur future mey service ki koi problem nahi ho gi as iskey installers bhi jada hai mkt mey. And sequential kit he lagwaye.
If your running is min 25 to 50 km daily then its advisable to get cng installed or buy a cng installed car. If you are going to drive in weekends or when family is with you stick to petrol. And currently in pune cng price is 87 rs.
Nice video , I am also using CNG in my toyota Etios as compare to your honda city etios gives 2 Rs per KM in 50℅City + 50℅ in Highway ( depends on driving ), my Etios VX petrol Engine CC is 1496. I love etios because of good boot space after Cng Installation + Toyota brand because Sefety 1st . Toyota engine Reliabilty, car looks is decent but no matter as per my Requirement etios fullfill my requirement very well, it's Sedan car Over all Etios is value for money car..

Nothing much to do. 1. Keep it clean jada tar agar aap road par gadi chalaye toa vo clean he rahey ga. 2. Speed breaker pey gadi bahut he aram sey nikaley withour touch huey. 3. Barish mey pani jaha bhara ho vaha sey avoide karey and jaha thoda pani hai aur gadi nikal sakti hai vaha gadi dhimey nikaley taki galti sey bhi pani nichey jaha kahi bhi oil ya greasing ki gayi hai vaha sey vo dhul na jaye.
Hello Gupta Ji, Maine recently apni Honda City 2012 mein cng install karvai hai with 14 kg cylinder. Also Rogers ke buffers lgva liye hain. Par still car peeche se jhuki hui hai aur peeche 3 log baithte hai toh speed brakers par lagti hai. Meri car ke tyres bhi change hone wale hain. Kisi ne suggest kiya hai ki upsize tyre 195/60R15 lagvai us se ground clearance thodi increase ho jayegi. So I hv decided to install this size with 15x7J alloys. Aap kya suggest krte hain ?
R15 is radius of honda city car. So ismey 15inc k tyre he lagtey hai ha tyre k size ko change karney sey ride quality and milage mey fark jarur aaye ga. So i will not recommend it as company has already done lot of research and given the best option. Aap ki car agar 8yrs ki ho gayi hai toa aap ka pichey ka suspention thoda daab gaya ho ga. If you feel like can go for change of rear suspentions. They dont cost much as spring coil nahi change ho gi. Meri change hui hai abhi thats why my car hight is good enough. But with three adult people seating in rear seat suspension dabey ga and vo touch ho gi he. As honda suspention is soft.
Rear dono k shock absorbers change kara dijiye. 2950rs ka ek boodmo ki site pey dikha raha hai. Mota mota 6k shock absorber and 700-800rs installation in any good mechanic shop.
@@Harshdeepkapoor ji go for same as stock. One more thing which i got changed which also increased the hight slightly is the round rubber bushes in rear arm of shock where it connects with the chassis of car. Its y shaped arm. Mine actual one lost its shape in 10yrs and one got a little crack also. But i tell you its a lot of work as that arm needs to be removed then taken to hydraulic press where old one removed and new got installed.. This rubber bushes will cost you 400 to 500rs approx extra for one.
The petrol is only used when we start the car. Within few few seconds it switches automatically to cng. If the fittment is done good you won't even feel the switch. Uses may be 25ml max every time you start the car.

Service cost is same as petrol cars at same interval as per car manual. Parts are not too costly and if you are putting oem parts that are more durable so you wont have any such issues. No such specific part which gets damaged frequently..
No sir in 2014 the cng was not so common and the knowledge is very limited with to me also. Emir kit has not given me any issue as such but now the distribution is so less in case of any issue i have to invest a lot of time in locating the fitter who can work on it. If today i hav to choose will go for Lovato only..

I have already done 1.55lac and I feel like we just started the journey. It has still got so much to give me. If the spare parts are original then you shd not be facing any issue. Always use OEM spare parts for same output from car. If you are using local garage then they will require time to obtain the oem parts, believe me its worth waiting for oem instead of using other company parts.
Yes sir its a low maintenance car. Fuel cost is low due to cng. Full service as per manual is at every 20k will cost you 4 to 5k and every 10k engin oil and filter replace approx 2.5k. PARTS will cost extra suppose you need a new set of brakepads that will cost extra. So mota mota 10k on yearly maintenance now insurance pey 7 to 10k extra as more than 5yr old car is less than 50% of actual value. My car idv is 3 to 3.5lac only so my insurance is 7 to 8k only.
@@akashshelar3064 it will be costlier than maruti alto or wagon R. But not too costly. For parts cost you can search on BOODMO website it will give you a fair idea. For this car maintenance i do service in authorised center what ever parts they suggest to change which is other than regular service i get it rechecked in some good mechanic shop if they also suggest the same, i will compare the cost and get it fixed outside if i am saving money. But i use only honda parts it takes some time but peformance wise thats what is recommended and safe for car.
Yes it will work fine if car is in good condition. Its just transmission is change engine remains same as manual celerio.. it will do the job as it does in manual celerio.

Use same 15 inches tyre which came with company. I hav never changed the size as that will lower the safety & milage of the car.
I have always used mrf tyres they last 33k to 35k km. Grip is good, car is stable with laser noise and costs roughly 3700 per tyre.

Now a days some SUVs pre fitted by CNG..please suggest,which one is good that company fitted or outside fitted CNG kits?
Company fitted are always better as they have been tested and installed. Suspension is also tuned as per requirement. The only downfall is they charge a little high as on testing and research they spend high. If going for New vehicle research well and try to drive the same cng car which is running on cng while test drive.
Currently I see lot of Tata cng car videos which are good in performance and safety rating is also good.

No you won't feel any thing. Buffers and mountings both are installed in my car..
Just remember dont change suspention with after market suspentions to increase the height if done that can effect handling of car..
Honda city 2009 automatic cng daily ac chalu rehta hai anytime mujhe 8kg mai 100kms chalti hai fir tank khali ho jaata hai...acha mileage hai ya bura pls batao cng pe in city ride only.

1kg mey 12.5km chalti hai.
Mujhey nahi pata ki automatic mey aap pertrol k sath kya avg nikaltey ho.
For me personally ye utna accha avg nahi hai. As mujhey 17.5 to 18 ka avg milta hai city mey per kg cng par.
Aap ki automatic car utna avg nahi degi as its automatic.

If you mean by kit it all depends on fitter. Now a days lavoto is one which is more used. Sequential kit is what you need from what ever options suggested by fitter.

Suspention ho ya kuch aur go for original parts phir aap usko chahey bahar sey install kara loa to save money. Same identical as company sey aaya tha for best output.
For tyre i never change the size as it can decrease the avg of car and after lot of research company choose a particular size for installation.
By increasing 1 inch you wont find any difference in looks but if avg drops to even 2km per liter you have to bear it till next tyre change..

Pickup drops marginally you feel it in low RPM when you start your drive. My car bhp is 116 with cng may be it gives me 109 bhp only.
Vibration no. But in cng i am getting a little low bhp so i need to drive it in correct gear.
Difference.
My driving style changed as i get to know my average in next 180- 200 km i try to get more mileage with correct driving style. In petrol you get to know only when you fill the tank.
I drive my car without worrying about the cost of driving.
Ya in cng i will not be getting same bhp but as i told you my driving style is now more mileage over more speed or power. I can bet that i can get best milage in petrol car also with this kind of driving.
My car breaks down or accidents have decreased as i drive safe due to this milage habbit.
In total i am really happy with the out come and when ever i am going to change the car i will opt for cng again.
Go for it you wont regret it. I have seen people purchase car and keep it in parking and drive the 2 wheeler. Why to do that when in the expense of 2 wheeler you can drive your car now on cng.

Ravi Sir, maine 2010 S MT liya hai last month.. mileage acha maintain karne ki tips chahiye petrol aur cng pe.. pls help
These are the 5 points which can get you a good mileage.
1. Engine condition. It should have been serviced at its company interval. In honda city its 10k. Check the service book for same.
2. Clean air filters and cabin filters which needs to be cleaned at 5k. Do also check sparkplug condition.
3. Clutch and gear box should be in good condition. Very hard clutch and gear are signs of issue with clutch plate.
4. Most important driver and driving habbits. Sudden acceleration and brakes not only gives you bad economy but wear and tear the car parts and brakes pads. Try to maintain the rpm below 2000 for city drive and on highway below 3000. While driving use light foot on accelerator and realise the same in advance if you anticipate there is a braker ahead to avoide applying for sudden brakes.
5. Tyre condition and air pressure which is mostly neglected. Try to check the air pressure once to twice in a mnth. Along with tyre rotation after 5000km and alignment after 10000km.

I have Honda city 2013 . I am planning to install CNG in it. But I am afraid of ground clearance issue as now only sometimes it touch down in speed breaker.
My question is , how effective is suspension buffers that you have installed ( rogerrag)and is it sufficient? Usually we travel 4-5 people always. do we need to install cushion buffers also( Gutka). Pls let me know.
One more question is about advancer. Do u feel in low rpm any issues. Do I really need an advancer if I go for standard kit like BRC which has software timing advancer option in them.
In india speed breaker are not made with any kind of pre defined measurement. Thats why we find some are good to drive and some are very bad.
However i have both the things installed (buffers and the gutka). Buffers installed recently gutka was installed after few months of cng installation. Now with 4-5 people and these things installed ( cng+gutka+buffers ) you will get 80% speed breakers without any issues but 20% which are not made correctly will always give you tough time with any sedans. I have seen bmw and audi also going zig zagg on these.
2. Go for advancer because i drive my car mostly alone so cng in low rpm will not be issue for me but if you are going to drive with fully packed i will suggest go with advancer its a one time cost but if it works you wont feel any difference in pickup & ur driving pleasure will be same.
3. After cng installation.
A) clean air filter after 5000 and change after 10k at service.
B) throttle body needs to be cleaned after every 20k drive.
C) tyre rotation after 5k and alignment balancing after 10k.
D) serive the car as per car manual only i.e 10 k only change oil and filters. And 20k service with oil and filter change.

No its not installed as at that time advancers are not known to me. And for engine 1500 cc you wont feel a need.

Mostly all the Italian sequential kit are good but its about service which is generally not required in cng kits lekin jarurat padi toa miley gey levoto ka as its available everywhere.
Mera suggestion lavoto ka rahey ga.. aap ko abhi thoda jada khaarch karna ho ga but its a better kit aur future mey service ki koi problem nahi ho gi as iskey installers bhi jada hai mkt mey.

If your running is min 25 to 50 km daily then its advisable to get cng installed or buy a cng installed car. If you are going to drive in weekends or when family is with you stick to petrol. And currently in pune cng price is 87 rs.

No never heard of this and till now never faced it also. My silencer is the original silencer came with car and never repaired or done anything..

2. Speed breaker pey gadi bahut he aram sey nikaley withour touch huey.
3. Barish mey pani jaha bhara ho vaha sey avoide karey and jaha thoda pani hai aur gadi nikal sakti hai vaha gadi dhimey nikaley taki galti sey bhi pani nichey jaha kahi bhi oil ya greasing ki gayi hai vaha sey vo dhul na jaye.

Maine recently apni Honda City 2012 mein cng install karvai hai with 14 kg cylinder. Also Rogers ke buffers lgva liye hain. Par still car peeche se jhuki hui hai aur peeche 3 log baithte hai toh speed brakers par lagti hai. Meri car ke tyres bhi change hone wale hain. Kisi ne suggest kiya hai ki upsize tyre 195/60R15 lagvai us se ground clearance thodi increase ho jayegi. So I hv decided to install this size with 15x7J alloys.

R15 is radius of honda city car. So ismey 15inc k tyre he lagtey hai ha tyre k size ko change karney sey ride quality and milage mey fark jarur aaye ga. So i will not recommend it as company has already done lot of research and given the best option.
Aap ki car agar 8yrs ki ho gayi hai toa aap ka pichey ka suspention thoda daab gaya ho ga. If you feel like can go for change of rear suspentions. They dont cost much as spring coil nahi change ho gi. Meri change hui hai abhi thats why my car hight is good enough. But with three adult people seating in rear seat suspension dabey ga and vo touch ho gi he. As honda suspention is soft.

Rear dono k shock absorbers change kara dijiye. 2950rs ka ek boodmo ki site pey dikha raha hai. Mota mota 6k shock absorber and 700-800rs installation in any good mechanic shop.

@@Harshdeepkapoor ji go for same as stock. One more thing which i got changed which also increased the hight slightly is the round rubber bushes in rear arm of shock where it connects with the chassis of car. Its y shaped arm.
Mine actual one lost its shape in 10yrs and one got a little crack also. But i tell you its a lot of work as that arm needs to be removed then taken to hydraulic press where old one removed and new got installed..
This rubber bushes will cost you 400 to 500rs approx extra for one.

Petrol consumption while running a car in CNG?
The petrol is only used when we start the car. Within few few seconds it switches automatically to cng. If the fittment is done good you won't even feel the switch.
Uses may be 25ml max every time you start the car.

Service cost is same as petrol cars at same interval as per car manual. Parts are not too costly and if you are putting oem parts that are more durable so you wont have any such issues. No such specific part which gets damaged frequently..

No sir in 2014 the cng was not so common and the knowledge is very limited with to me also. Emir kit has not given me any issue as such but now the distribution is so less in case of any issue i have to invest a lot of time in locating the fitter who can work on it.

One more thing new honda city also gives almost the same avg they are just more refined and gives a little more bhp than this model.

If the spare parts are original then you shd not be facing any issue. Always use OEM spare parts for same output from car. If you are using local garage then they will require time to obtain the oem parts, believe me its worth waiting for oem instead of using other company parts.

CVT is a transmission type it has not much to do with fuel system. It will work fine with cng also.

Yes sir its a low maintenance car.
Fuel cost is low due to cng. Full service as per manual is at every 20k will cost you 4 to 5k and every 10k engin oil and filter replace approx 2.5k. PARTS will cost extra suppose you need a new set of brakepads that will cost extra. So mota mota 10k on yearly maintenance now insurance pey 7 to 10k extra as more than 5yr old car is less than 50% of actual value. My car idv is 3 to 3.5lac only so my insurance is 7 to 8k only.

For this car maintenance i do service in authorised center what ever parts they suggest to change which is other than regular service i get it rechecked in some good mechanic shop if they also suggest the same, i will compare the cost and get it fixed outside if i am saving money. But i use only honda parts it takes some time but peformance wise thats what is recommended and safe for car.
