    Ciao, la tartelletta è molto bella.
    Ho provato per fare prima a congelare della marmellata in degli stampini, il risultato è stato deludente, la mezza sfera dopo circa 30m si è sciolta nel piatto
    Ho provato anche a utilizzare delle mezze sfere di succo di arancia addensate con colla di pesce o amido di mais, ma al taglio risultano appunto gelatinose e non come fa vedere cedric che al taglio il succo denso all’interno cosparge poi la crostata😢
    Hai per caso una soluzione?

    Sei bravissima!!!! Ho 72 anni appassionata di pasticceria. Mi puoi dire che punta utilizzi? Sei così veloce che non riesco a vedere bene. Grazie.

      Buonasera Signora Luciana, mi fa davvero piacere leggere della sua passione, dunque la bocchetta che utilizzo fa parte di un set, bella descrizione del video c’è il link acquistabile (non ha esattamente un nome ma ha un numero che ho indicato 😊)

      Quella utilizzata per la decorazione è una bocchetta a petalo, quelle della "ibili" sono buone
