Hello Dr. I have a question:
Is the scale 00:00-06:00 06:00-12:00 12:00-18:00 18:00-24:00 a interval or ratio skill?

With the times I mean “o” clock, so for example 00:00-06:00 is 00:00 o clock until 6 o clock

It can be anything depending on which perspective this time is indicated
If here 0 means start of day then it would be interval scale because here 0 does not mean no time
On the other hand, if 0 means no time like you completed some work in 6 hrs and you showing it as 00:00-06:00
Then it would be ratio scale
