I heard a song a long, long time ago on KROQ in Los Angeles in1989 and it was a synth wave group w/ female & male vocals, don't know if they were singing in English or some other language........the only part I remember was the chorus that said Hello, Hello, Hello. If anyone knows what i'm talking ID this group and song, Would greatly appreciate it!!

Achilles Brain and The Challenge are the only songs that, in my opinion, are the only ones that are listenable.
