It's a mobile exclusive bug they are trying to fix. If you go on PC, it'll be black, but I have heard some PC users also are experiencing the bug

I already have all of them. I’m going to build the collection Nissan and the 2011 GCR anthem skyline from the collection to a drift car. Those are gonna be my drift car.
