Fantastic overhaul of your closet. We lived in Alberta for a few years both in Calgary and Didsbury. Some of the most wonderful welcoming people. Now back in Ontario
Great job! You have a lovely closet. About your drawer: Sometimes it helps to rub soap on the hinges, so it can be pulled out smoother. Maybe that could help?
You know how I feel about having my hubs do stuff…I would rather just do it bc I have stopped the nagging. Remember my story of the boxes in the garage? Now he did go through his clothes and donated around 7 bags! Proud of him! Never worry about what others feel about if you’re doing all the work, it’s your marriage and it seems you’re doing pretty well with over 20 years! You’re a beautiful young woman inside and out! 😊
That was a big job! Its like pulling teeth to get my hubby to declutter his items but I won't give up I pried 10 records from his hands the other day out of the hundreds he has & 20 are ready to go up for resale. We are like turtles but that is ok. Over up to 221 items on my 1000 goal. Maybe getting new wedding rings will be a goal in your future if that is what you want or getting them resized just a thought. Your daughter is such a blondie she is a good helper Jeri!
@@rhondalockrey9592 it was a big job and that’s why I needed a whole day! 😂 Way to go, Rhonda! 221 items is progress 🎉 We did try just using silicone rings because DJ does construction type work we thought that would be a good solution. But we don’t wear rings much anyway so we will just save these for memories 🥰 Our little lady is a big help. Always wanting to be with Mama or pretending she IS mama 😅
You practically look the same as you did more than 20 years ago! You, your daughter, and your husband did an amazing job cleaning and tidying up the closet. At least you made good use of your essential oils. I probably threw out 50 pretty full bottles that didn't smell good the other day and I'm sure I donated at least 50 in backstock/unopened bottles. For me, that hobby (or whatever you call it) was a horrible fantasy self fail. At least now I have a plan for what remains and have them sectioned off into oils that I'd use on wool dryer balls to scent laundry, oils to use when cleaning, some bug repelling oils that I'll basically use up outside, and some that I enjoy diffusing.
@@jennyjenkins877 that’s a smart idea to plan what you are doing with your remaining oils! I forgot about dryer balls and oils. That would be nice! Thank you Jenny you are too sweet! I’m seeing wrinkles and grey but it’s all part of the process here on earth so I’m trying to just embrace it as well as my mom has 😅
I see a swear shirt that says CLOGGERS. Did you clog? Ive been a CLOGGER For over 35 years. Ive taught clogging and have danced with the Cherry Blossom Cloggers in Macon, Ga. I look forward to each of your videos.
@@dianneperry2903 yes my sister and I taught a team here in southern Alberta for a number of years back in the early 2000s. We would go down to Utah for competitions. I love it but haven’t made time for it in a long time! Although I found a couple of accounts here on TH-cam that are teaching “shuffling” and it reminds me so much of clogging. Made me want to start again!
