Interesting. Dantax used polish speaker from TONSIL manufacture - GDN20/35/1 or GDN 20/30 - 40

Jeez, and I thought my 1996 Zenith SRW-711B "subwoofer" was real cheap. Those tiny magnets and lack of any flaring on them vent tubes would suggest a rather high risk of driver overload and an abundance of vent noise. Both my Zenith, and my BIC V69 "subwoofer" are 4th order Bandpass and they both use the same type of non-flared vent, and they suffer from vent noise at moderate volumes.

Polish spekakers have thin foam and they foam rotted very easy
Woofers were made in Poland, they are from TONSIL Company but they have dantax logo.
compound subwoofer. interessting! but the drivers look too cheap for re-foam.

When you have to apply more force than normal It was better to disassemble the entire pushpull speaker unit than separate one from each other. Nice macro images, but spider scared me.

Nice push pull system! Byt the drivers... seem that they've seen better days! You can replace them actually. It would be a nice project :D
Did you get time to trace out the wiring of the passive circuitry?
