I love cornubia! Really good place to get a bit of tech and sweat climbing. My father inlaw was one of the original builders and we rode it just the other day he was surprised how much more rugged it is.

Birdwing and wallum froglet down are awesome fun mate , there’s no easy way back to the top at cornubia it’s steep asf climbs . There’s a fire road out there that’s so steep I can barely walk up it lol

Birdwing was an alright climb tbh, not overly difficult but certainly wouldn’t want to do it to many times

Told ya you would enjoy Cornubia. It’s also worth doing the climb up to West Mt Cotton Rd so you can come back down it. I usually do Spangled Drongo and Wallum Froglet then up West Mt Cotton Link first. Then laps of the others (Resurrection, Stupidly Happy, Ginger Gully) with Birdwing for the blimb trail.

I checked out that high line at 3:54 today as that’s relatively new. I don’t think that’s even a B line, looks like some soft rider/s have done that instead of learning to do the proper line the way it was meant to be. Try it next time you go 😁 It’s a lot harder, but that’s why it’s a black trail 😉

Birdwing isn’t to bad of a climb mate
The trails are good, nice and raw and quite a lot of downhill distance, apparently wallum is the go too 🤙
