YouTube Shorts Comparison - Does Your Video Format Matter?

For new TH-cam Creators, does the format and video layout have an impact of your clicks and views within the Shorts platform?
We're very new to TH-cam as creators covering firewood, farming, outdoors and just about everything in between. As two brothers who both work in the technology industry during the work week, it is interesting to see the telemetry and analytic data behind what a creator might do (or not do) when making their videos. This is just an example of some intriguing data we've seen so far.
