HI! Students usually stay for the Fall and Spring semester and then some also stay during the Summer term on campus. Students are directed to move out during finals week of all semesters unless granted an extension. The sooner you apply for housing the higher chance of you not getting waitlisted.

i believe there are opportunities if you are a teacher's assistant or an employee.
