Vivek Ramaswamy was one of my favorites during the primary season, and I respect everything I've heard him say. Regarding his comments about the Biden switch and replacing him with a candidate with no primary vote is exactly spot on and has been done by Democrats before. In New Jersey many years ago Joe Toricelli won the Democrat primary for the US Senate race and was forced out of the race by corruption allegations. Primaries were over, only the general election remained. And the Democrats drafted Frank Lautenberg, who had retired from the Senate a few years before to replace him. Republican party sued to prevent this, but the NJ courts allowed it to happen. Was it right? Hard to say, but it certainly discredits the claim of the Democrats that they are "saving democracy"

We need an amendment to the constitution that prohibits spouses of former or current presidents from being president. They would basically be another term for that person as a political figurehead.
And let me be clear. I do not fear Michelle Obama as a candidate. Trump would defeat her as well, but it’s just right and having a spouse run for president after someone has completed two terms violates the spirit of the two term president amendment. This must be done within the next two years.

States require the parties to choose its nominee 90 days before the presidential election, which is within the timeframe of the conventions. So good news: Biden might not be the nominee.
