Reviewing and demonstrating the New Balaur Arms Knight's Templar Sword.
The Templar Arming Sword by Balaur Arms is a large late 12th Century sword.
Ready for powerful cutting right out of the box, this sword has a keenly sharp blade of well-tempered spring steel with a hardness of 54-55 HRc.
The crossguard and pommel are made of stainless steel and the hardwood grip is tightly bound in burgundy hue leather. The blade is solidly anchored into the pommel with a hot-peen assembly. The hardwood grip is crafted from two halves of wood which were glued at the seam over the tang and then bound in tight leather.
The sword is matched with a tough wooden scabbard which is tightly bound in stitched burgundy leather.

***Note: Tom mistakenly said that this sword took our Kult of Athena in house sharpening service (which is great!). However, the Knight's Templar Sword carries a factory edge (very sharp!) from the maker. (LK Chen. He does good work).

I ordered all 3 of the new Balaur Arms models (the other two being the kriegsmesser and the Alexandria) made by LK Chen for review. Right now I can only hope LK Chen can quickly deliver this batch. Just on stats alone, these seem to be the best deals on the market.
