Glad for you both that you can now plan your site visits , we are in the Isle of Man, so will have to wait for the borders to open, take care both and keep safe. Best wishes Carol & Steve xx
Awesome vlog Bob , Jenny & of course Poppy😄..It’s great to see you back out in your motorhome! Like us your itching to get away for breaks & visit sites use the van for its proper use lol 💗💙😃
Hi Guys I enjoy watching you impart knowledge. I am on the verge of buying a motorhome and your experience and advice is gratefully received. Keep up the great work and enjoy!!
Hi guys, and Poppy. I never went to Nott End as far as I can remember. It's bigger than I thought. It has some beautiful old buildings which we don't have Downunder being a young country. Your motor home is fantastic, It would be great to circumnavigate Australia in, very comfortable and the air-conditioning would definitely get a work out...Once again thank you both for showing me what my town and surrounds look like now..Cheers.
Great video. As you know we love the area but not been to Knott End and will defo have a trip over there the next time we go (hopefully in a couple of weeks)
We called in at Knott End a few years ago on the way home from Blackpool & Fleetwood for North West Stages rally....lovely little place definitely worth a day trip....stay safe...thanks for sharing
I lived in Knott End for about 3years. Had to move way to quite. And when you have done that walk on the Esplanade it does tend to get somewhat boring. The shop 3 you mentioned is a Cafe / takeaway. What is good to see is Bikers from all over do a meet up in the car park. Good video , and your dog is so cute. Just glad i moved back to Llandudno.
A day trip and (fish and) chips. What more can you ask for?Good weather, (wait a few minutes it IS Britain )!! Thank you Bob,Jenny and Poppy for showing us "the other side".
Always loved a Holland’s meat and potato pie with chips , they don’t do them here in lincolnshire . , lovely to hear we can get out and about again and stay over at campsites ♥️😀👍👍
Hi there you three...I must say a big thank you to you for keeping us going through the whole of lockdown..you really are a breath of fresh air...it is quite overwhelming to think after all this time that we r free again..well free ish.!!!enjoy your forth coming trips..take care we look forward to going with you..😍😍xx
So glad to hear sites opening can now actually use my new Motorhome now as we have booked on a site in Norfolk for 5 nights in July bye the way enjoy watching your videos 👍
HI Guys your correct the ferry is foot passengers only, not cars .You could take a pedal cycle on though. just where you started walking into the village by that cream wall, stood a large pub with its own bowling green , believe its all flats now .
Hi both So pleased that you can now get out and about and enjoy that lovely new motorhome. Please, please, please take care as that dreaded virus is still out there. I live near Aberaeron where you not so long ago visited. We have a touring caravan and this year our plans have been shattered. In Wales, we can currently only travel 5 miles from our home on leisure activities, further for essential things like shopping, doctors, etc. We are both over 'that age' and have decided to stay at home this year 'in hibernation' and hope that next year a vaccine will allow us to get away again.
Aah. Brilliant news for you both, I wonder where you will be going? For your first trip x. Nice at Knott End I bet it is lovely in the sunshine. I’m having my hair cut on Saturday looking forward to it but also a little anxious. X
We haven’t been out since august so we have had two trips cancelled since lockdown in Ireland but we’re out for two weeks august weekend Blarney in cork and Flesk in Killarney can’t wait
Another great video Bob, Jenny and not forgetting Poppy 💕 and fabulous news about sites opening. Unfortunately my husband isn’t allowed to take any holiday until September., which will be his first time off work since February....we’re going to try and get a couple of weekends away sometime before then 🤞
Great news, in Scotland we’ve been released from the 5 mile travel restriction from the 3rd of July and campsites open from the 4th which is earlier than planned. My 1st trip since October last yr is to Durham to get my Van serviced and some warranty work done. Some wag put up a sign some 50m down the road from my house saying Barnard Castle 240 miles ➡️. I’ll be sure to check my eyesight on the way past. Looking forward to seeing you on the road some time. Happy Travels🥂🍾🏴
You're getting closer to Glasson Dock but with the good news maybe not just yet we booked harbour lights at Haverigg from the 9th for 3 nights not a club site but very nice
Great news about the campsites. I agree with your comment about going away even though there are no toilets and showers. It looks as though you and Jenny are losing weight, it must be using the home gym! Is there any link between Knott End and Ken Dodd's Knotty Ash. I was on the lookout for Diddymen (is that PC?) should it be Diddypeople! Roll on our first trip away just waiting for the Bailey Alicante Grande Estoril to replace our ageing Swift. I am now craving chips after Jenny's lunch but not allowed them in the new car. Keep safe, Guy.
Can’t wait to get on the road. A bit like Big Ed the trucker we’ll be touring in Ireland also. Had planned to go further but heyho it is what it is. Great video guys.Stay safe and keep up the great work.
Great stuff. The Titanic and the Giants Causeway are top class and the north is a lovely place to visit. If you guys are ever down the south west give me a heads up and I’ll show you guys around. I’m new to the game and I watched so many of your videos in recent times to pick up a few tips. Your New to Motorhomes videos are brilliant and were so helpful. Thanks guys.
Thanks again for keeping our spirits up, whilst awaiting collection of our first motorhome.. nearly there, collect her on Saturday..just wondering if we will have lots of motorhomes and caravanners to wave to on the way home. 😬 The chips made our mouths water too..😋 its been a long time, oven chips just arent the same. 😒 Looking forward to seeing you back on the road touring again really soon. 👍🏻
In some ways, it's been a little worse for caravanners. As motorhomers, you could go out for the day, as you have done, which is great. We're really pleased we can go away as from 4th July, just hope people behave themselves (I mean the population in general) so we can avoid going back to lockdown. Thanks for sharing.
Yes, we were talking to Aileen and Bob earlier and they still haven't seen their caravan since this started back in March. So, it has been good to get out and about, at least the evil looks seem to have eased. Let's hope that people are sensible with their new freedoms. We can make a difference too!
The last lockdown Vlog ! Looking forward to your post lockdown adventures. At last we will also be able to hit the road- our van is due for collection on Tuesday,it’s been a long wait since the NEC. But we ‘ain’t having a privacy room 😂😂 Steve Pauline and of course Harry
@@BobEarnshawMoHo I would recommend that you stay at the thurstason club site at some time when this Is all over. You probably wont be able to get your hair done for another two weeks when this all calms down, their will be probably lines of people down the street!
We're going to the camping and caravan site in Keswick in September. I'm not actually going to build my hopes up as any signs of a second wave, Boris will put us all back in a 3 month lockdown.
Bob Earnshaw hope so I haven’t seen my granddaughter since Christmas, was meant to go and see her in March for her birthday but couldn’t go because lockdown started 2 days before her birthday. Fingers crossed. Thanks both of you. 👍🏴👍🏴👍🏴🏴
Hey guys, love watching your videos. Just wondering why it is that the European motor homers prefer driving their vehicles 🚗 in manual rather than automatic like we do down under?
Fabulous news. I have Troutbeck Head booked followed by Bunree for a couple of nights yay 😆 I’m actually going to make it to Bunree! Then visiting CCC Skye. 😆😆
It's a personal choice, we prefer to use our own facilities for now, but on the sites we are going to, they are opening the facilities and they are being cleaned if you need them.
Hi bob and jenny.nice vlog again.i think you were a bit emotional there and little wonder,i know i did a fist pump when the news broke.tbh im think jennys feeling relieved that she wont have to cut your hair again but to be fair she did well.somehow i think the next few weeks will seem the longest in all this.keep safe
Hi Jenny and Bob. Gypsy Souls did a video this morning...of course they being campsite wardens are looking forward to it, but I mentioned to them ...hopiing that this is the right thing to do...campers, caravaners and motorhomers like yourself have been not able to move for at least 3 months...will there be chaos on the camp/caravan sites and on the roads...school holidays start soon I presume..I´m just imagining the motorways down to Cornwall and such tourist spots being one big car park.Watching TV I have seen how the unsesible people have been sitting on beaches like sardines in a can...that is deffo not social distancing. Stay well..stay safe.
Great advice from Bob . I think the Saturday will be chaos on the roads and the camp sites will start to back up onto the main roads with everyone arriving at 1pm to get on their pitch . We have moved the first trip back to Monday the 6th just so we don’t get caught in the madness that will be the Saturday ! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
@@BobEarnshawMoHo I´m pleased that you see things so positive. When I lived in the UK I lived near Leicster...and there iis lockdown again...sorry to say but the 2nd wave of covid 19 is on its way...just like where I now live....30 ks east of Düsseldorf.
Do you put a wheel clamp and steering lock etc on the Motorhome when you go out and about on day trips? We are new to Motorhoming and i have seen a lot don't seem to bother.
Not long to go. If we all keep those hands washed we hopefully will avoid a second lockdown . Noticed tents are not allowed to book at many sites yet, assuming it's a facilities limitation
Love watching You and Jenny, always entertaining videos.
Thank you very much.
Bob I thought your haircut looked great. Looked like Jenny did a fine job. We are happy to hear you can camp again soon.

We have a couple of local sites in a couple of weeks and hopefully, Wales later.

Is it just the camp sites in England that are opening on 4th July Bob and Jenny?
Some Scottish sites are opening from the 6th without facilities, sites with facilities from the 15th I believe.
Nice one bob and Jenny only three days to go and get bak on the road at last u will b please
