I took two months after I had our baby girl to focus on all of the precious moments of new motherhood. During this time I didn't film or edit videos... but I visited PLENTY of thrift stores in my few moments to myself. I found so many awesome things during this time, that I had to split this video into three parts. Part one covers any treasures I found at the Goodwill + Goodwill outlet. Enjoy! Girl, YES! The blue lamp has got to be my fave. And I have to sell a lot of what I purchase. It’s the only way I can feed this addiction! #kiddingnotkidding But, as a family of five living on one income, I have to sell what I can in order to be economical! Also, I just hopped over to your channel and subscribed! I can’t wait to follow along.

I have a Gigi Pip hat too! I bought it along time ago, though, so I really want another one. I got this one in Mexico about five years ago when my husband and I went on our first trip after having a baby! I love having a hat to remind me of that sweet time together.♥️

Great job!! You are so skilled at selling pieces too!!🙌 Any tips? I need to work on that!😂 My favs: the handmade pottery...I.LOVE.POTTERY!!😍 When it is handmade it is sooo special! And i loved the first lamp too! I have a lot of Asian pieces mixed into my decor...LOVE it! But, I find it harder to find "lighter" Asian colors as so often they have a lot of dark colors on the art or decor...the lamp was perfect!
Pottery may be my favorite thing that I am finding right now. I usually sell my stuff on Facebook marketplace. Sometimes I have really good luck, and other times I don’t. But, a lot of times I will keep things on for a long time and they will wind up selling after a couple months! I try nott to get discouraged when they don’t sell right away. 😉
@@KristenHoffman you'll be so proud: I posted 2 vintage swivel rockers on FB MP today (cuz it's a friday, so I figure people will want to spend if I post it today!😁) And right away someone wanted to buy them as she is starting a vintage resell biz...so then I found a few more vintage pieces I have been wanting to sell and sent her pic and a discounted price/bundle for it all and she is going to buy it all!!!🙌🙌 Best part: i was selling the chairs because I recently found a pair of gorgeous vintage LEATHER LOUNGE CHAIRS at a thrift store...and after selling that stuff I will have made a profit after buying the leather chairs!🙌😍🙌 Man, I love thrifting!!!😍
@@doublea6252 that is so awesome! I try to resell literally EVERYTHING I get rid of. I love that not only does it benefit me and the person buying, but it keeps my items from ending up in a landfill!
I'm really enjoying your videos! I just got back from thrifting myself and found two vintage macrame plant hangers but nothing as HUGE & as awesome as yours! HOLY COW!!! That would fetch more than $100 on eBay!! It's great that you're able to find such great treasures for using and flipping! I used to sew for fun money back when I had my little girls! :D
