Matt has always been my favorite player because I played against him legion ball. He homered off me several times. Jackson is my new favorite and my 9 yo sons favorite. We dont miss any Orioles games. We were super pumped when he got called back up. And as expected, hes crushing!
Talk about a role model. I wish every dad aspired to be the kind of father he seems to be. From a baseball perspective, Jackson struggled in the batters box his rookie season but from all accounts, he has the right mindset and a lot of talent and he’ll continue to improve and help the O’s for years to come. So long as he’s not playing the Stros, I’ll be rooting for him
