Chris, this was a terrific episode. The one question I would have liked you to ask concerns booking award flights from an airport that doesn’t have nonstops to Europe/Asia… What about purchasing a separate positioning flight vs trying to book flights from your local airport to a hub, and then continuing on to your final destination.
