She's Italian. In our country and more generally in the entire Europe we always speak English pretty well, it's extremely important in every decent work. And also, obviously, she's an astronaut lol, probably she has studied and has been trained in America.
I have never seen any other space agencies reacting to your comments... ESA looks very friendly and interactive. I always had a soft spot for European countries... thanks ESA!
4:30 Tell me you see it? A speck of something falls from above to the floor just behind where she is showing how to rub the soap on her arm (slightly on our left to where she is standing). How it this possible? It falls like it is in a regular room- no lack of gravity.
@@SMHman666 Not a bad guess as to what was falling. It's just that vertical line of direction that keeps me stumped. Everything else we see in this low-gravity space (or no gravity?) does not move in a straight line, from top to bottom. Things (including people as they propel themselves around the station) move in a more circular motion and not in straight lines. There has to be an explanation.
loverlyme That’s SO wrong. You should study more, and I don’t have time to teach you basic physics and newton laws. Although just to prove that she’s in space it’s enough to see how the water doesn’t accelerate while falling but maintains a constant speed, like it would in space.

At 4:09 she puts the bottle on the wall..... and you can see a water droplet run down the bottle. How is that possible in space... with no gravity the water should not run down at all, it should stay in place and float. The at 4:29 you can see a water drop from abover her to the floor... again it should not drop down but float. Someone explain how this is possible in zero gravity.
Nathan Perry The electronics are not that delicate. If they were, the ISS would be a complete deathtrap that could be broken by an astronaut sneezing. The water will get drawn into the life support system and recycled.
Nathan Perry - Your instincts are correct, but they design the electronics to withstand all that on spacecraft. The ISS isn't the most expensive manmade object in the history of the world for no reason.
Beautiful people in Space! I envy them in a positive sense and they are not in a swimming-pool, or vacuum chamber. I wish i had the opportunity to visit The ISS. It would be a wonderful sight to see our Ball Earth!
Chetan Khalkho - Pfft. The ISS people have it very easy. Dirty is Frank Borman and Jim Lovell stuffed into a Gemini capsule in 1965 for two weeks, wearing pressure suits, in seats so small you can't even stretch out fully, pooping into plastic bags and stowing the poop bags wherever they could find room. When the Navy divers opened the hatch, the stench would knock them off the capsule. That's dirty.
Wouldn't it adversely affect your skin if you can't rinse away the soap, water, dirt mixture but are forced to simply dry the mixture with a towel as seen in 4:44 and again in 6:59? I guess the only alternative is to keep adding water and vacuuming which is time consuming and tedious
I think to wash your hair and use toilet is the most difficult. In one day we lose a lot of hairs. How can you clean that remain hair that fall from your head?
What do you mean by "sunday"? When it's Sunday anywhere on Earth? And also, how does your tools sticks to the walls? Is that because of the surface tension?
At 1:09, why does the towel drape and wave downwards like gravity is pulling it down. It should be just floating out there. Looks very fishy, and I'm not a conspiracy theorist.
How does a vacuum cleaner work in 0G?! 😅 Ok my real question is how much air pressure do they keep in ISS and how do they maintain level of oxygen which would deplete as astronaut convert them into CO2.
I think its a free fall... No gravity acting on it,,, so according to physics - The particles attains a force ,,, it should move in the direction of force. (free fall)

At 4:08 and forward you can see at least two droplets leaving the end of the tube. Both move in a straight line, one At about 45 degree angle to "down" and then after she attached the pouch to the wall one drop goes straight "down". The one that comes from "up" and hastily moves "down" is possibly the drop that went up in a straight line at 3:42. Then again, she is shooting off water droplets in all directions if you look closely, and they all move in straight lines.
