I use videoscribe for the graphics part and camtasia studio for putting it all together with sound recordings. Videoscribe can be a little tricky for larger productions though, so I often create the videos in several parts (creating separate scribes) and then put them together in camtasia afterwards. I haven't tried adobe captivate.

This way, it is only meant to serve as an introduction to the subject, and further studies and practice is needed to master the art :). How come a discount voucher is not a good way to increase customers? I think in addition to making Online and offline reviews having a discount voucher is a good way to promote and "steal"
Dear Ahmed Zain. Sorry for my delayed response to your comment. You are absolute right, that a discount voucher could be one way of promoting and "stealing"customers. The point I want to make with the video is that before coming up with possible solutions (promotional campaigns), it is advisable to consider the different factors mentioned in the video. So that we make well informed decisions, and in order for a campaign to be integrated, we must think about how each element of a campaign work together. Thus making it integrated. I think in this video,prospects of the target market segment are performance-based buyers who will choose quality over price and a premium pricing strategy will help in profile positioning and favourable perceptions of the restaurant in mind of the target market based solely on price.
