Hi daniel, big fan of your videos here!! they really motivate me to get out of bed and do some studying HAHA ive watched some of your other vids too and noticed you said "brain is at full capacity" a few times. As a psych major, i learned a few things abt how human memory works in my neuropsych courses. so the brain has unlimited storage, but only if you encode all the info into your long term memory. that's why "cramming" a few mins before your exam tend to not work out well, bc those info are still in your short term memory and they will decay quickly. However if you study well (= rehearse, use spaced repetition, active recall as you mentioned in your vids), the info will go into your long term memory, and your brain will retain those info quite well. You can check out Modal Model of Memory, it explains quite well too! Anyways, keep up with these amazing motivational vids, and goodluck w the rest of your exams!!
I'm so jealous of your cheat sheets 😅 My whole medical science (70% of my classes) grade is a single, 5-hour MCQ exam at the end of the year on all the content we learned in the year, no notes allowed. Oh and 1/3rd of the questions are in a format which means even if you get 3 out of 4 propositions right you lose the whole point 😭
Really applaud those who can study at cafes/fast food joints cuz there are simply too many distractions! I guess I work best at a quiet place by myself 😅
