Great pieces again. The vase pin at 17:20 is to hold a single rosebud on a lapel, gentlemen wear them at weddings in the UK. Also sometimes used for ladies wedding corsages.
Hi Jason oohhh I love ❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉😊 love all the brooches and necklaces just gorgeous Carolyn like the brooch and earrings as well. Of course the bracelets. Everything is beautiful and am watching and waiting for the next opening. Have a wonderful day
I'm pretty sure that the "elephant" at 21: 00 is actually a giraffe! I really like the left facing cameo cuff. I think that she's powdering her nose, but 8 could be mistaken. My nan collected Weiss brooches. Her younger sister used to send them to her all the time. (My great aunt emigrated to the USA from Australia). When nan died, we threw out her "junk jewellery". ( 1980. It was "junk jewellery" back then). If only we'd kept some, if not all, her beautiful pieces, as they'd be worth a fortune now!! ( Hindsight is 20-20 after all). Thanks for a great video Jason! 😘🇭🇲
Hello 😊..i just started watching your videos. I've all ways checked the front for condition first. then the back if the front cond. was good. Thank you for your videos 😊
I don't know the exact name but that is a boutinere pin. Male or female would wear, put a real flower with stem wrapped in wet paper in it. The ones I have seen sold were silver, victorian I believe.
It's not the end of the world, of course, I just thought it was unfortunate. You can see the line at 4.50 and 12.00. On the white boxes it's not visible or perhaps they are okay. @janetwhyte368
You’re funny, it’s a giraffe not an elephant ❤❤❤ beautiful jewelry, really enjoyed this.
Oh my word I cannot believe but it doesn’t surprise me 😂😂😂🫣

Yep that’s kinda would I was thinking too!
Around 8min in, the carving inside the cuff says "千足银" in chinese, which means 999 silver. But this mark is not regulated.
Thank you for that!
Великолепная коллекция ❤❤❤❤❤❤

I was so disappointed that you sliced into the side of the pretty boxes when cutting the cellotape. You said you wanted to reuse them, such a pity.
Oh Please
I’m pretty sure he’s only cutting the tape and no damage to the boxes!
I only cut the piece of tape, not the box!

I'm so confused. Why can't they be reused if they have tiny cuts in them??
Maggoie
That horn thing is a nosegay.
I think it holds a nosegay!
