Naranasan ko na din po ito, nung second time na umuwi ako dito sa Pilipinas (since I live in China) I planned to buy a Cartier bracelet. May nakita akong website ng Cartier Jewelry shop sa nakalocate daw sa Makati. Hindi ako naging segurista or hindi ako nagdouble check manlang noon kasi in China trusted ang mga nabibilhan ko. So ayun naloko ako sa juste un clou replica nila at nalaman ko pa na hindi yun ang totoong website ng Cartier store sa Makati. Now I learned my lesson

Carol Alcasabas That's what I was thinking, too. The box may have been bought from Divisoria but the bag itself seemed legit. Looking at the alignment of the logos, glazing on the handles, the sound of the zipper, etc. From afar, the bag seemed real. I don't think the scammer would be able to fake the date code to correspond with when the bag was purchased. I wish she mentioned the letters and zoomed in on the stitchings, engraved logos, etc. Authentic LV bags do have different shades of hardware based on when/where it was made and how often the bag was used. To me, the seller could have sent a fake sss/brgy/tin or any other easily manipulated government IDs, but instead sent a picture of her passport. I would not dare send my passport details to anyone online, especially if I will just use it to meet up with a potential buyer.

i think anything you have purchased (whether it is a branded bag or anything very expensive)- was your decision and your choice to make the decision. good points in your video though on preloved items on the paper bags and the stuff that go with it. they should have signs that they are not very new.

Whether fake, imitation, basta sabihin na class A. Wag lang kasing mahal ng original. To my co-buyers, ba smart. Kung gusto mo ng bag na kagaya ng LV pero kapos budget, okag lang bumili ng class A basta be sure hindi super mahal at sinabi naman ng seller sayo kung authentic o hindi. Sabi nga "buyer beware"

To make sure na original go direct to the shop I have 3 LV bag at lahat un sa shop namin binili. My husband make sure na sa shop mismo. Hindi naman masama mangarap Kung Kayla pg ipunan. Dati pangarap ko lng mga branded item thanked God at nakapangasawa ako ng mabait na foreigner at nabibili ko na ung dati pinapangarap ko Lang. Sarap nong felling na pgpasok mo don they treat you like a Queen. Don’t give up someday makakabili ka rin ng original.

Right away talaga sasabihin nila sayo na "sorry maam, this is not our product" meaning, fake na LV yun... When I bought a pre-loved LV bag, I also met with the seller sa Makati, sa branch ng LV. We brought the LV there and pina-authenticate... kapag hindi nila tinanggap, automatic fake yun. Pero kapag tinanggap nila and nilagyan ng authentication stamp, LEGIT 👌🏻 People there are really trained to identify fake or replicas of their items. Be more careful next time Ms. Tin. Yun din yung akala namin na sobrang galing nila mag authenticate. We had an experience before nakabili yung kasama ko ng LV body bag for 25k, lumang style naman na kaya kapani paniwala naman sa ganung price. Tapos after a week natanggal yung zipper kasi naparami yung nilagay nya inside so baka nagtrigger. So dinala namin sa LV sa makati, inaaccept nila yung bag sabi dadalhin sa SG kasi dun aayusin, binigyan pa kami ng letter to recognize and proof na kinuha nila yung bag. Tapos sabi maybe after 1 month daw so after 1 month pagbalik namin nung kukunin na sabi they cannot fix it kasi hindi daw sa kanila galing ang item. I was like? Whaaat. Diba una palang kung nakita nilang fake rerefuse na nila yan agad pero they took it and made us wait for a month. Gusto ko sana mag complain but since it wont change the fact na fake yung nabili na bag nung kasama ko umalis nalang ako. I was the one who pick up the bag kasi ang hirap magpark kaya nag hazard lang yung kasama ko and asked me to pick it up for him to my surprise ganun nga ang nangyari 😂
Kung sinabi agad ni LV na fake yun edi sana natrace pa namin yung pinagbilhan kaso dahil kinuha yung bag akala namin orig otherwise bakit nila kukunin para ayusin. So hindi din ganun kagaling yung mga nagcheck ng bag that day. Kasi they actually took it. I was also a victim of an online shopping scam. I work in the same industry wherein we do buy and sell so i decided not to tell the online shopping owner kasi alam ko what are they going to do which is the same thing happened on your end wherein they only BLOCKED the seller. Honestly speaking they will not going to help you in any forms i can say. Normally ung mga ganyan online shopping platforms, does not even willing to help. You could have atleast go directly to pulis for the entrapment just like what i did. Naiintindhan ko kung bakit po kayo nagsabi sa online shopping thinking na baka matulungan kayo at siguro na din halo halo na ung emotion nyo at that time. Sana ung mga gnitong pangyayare wag na maulit. I always watch your vlog and i can say you really have a big sincere heart, therfore you dont deserve to be on that position. Sabi nga po nila pag nawalan po tayo for sure may mas malaking ibibigay si God. Ingat na lang po tayo ulit sa susunod. Goodluck po.
I bought 5 bags from their respective stores and LV usually follows the the exchange rate (US).. I bought mine at LV Greenbelt and that's how they charged me so better if you buy when the exchange rate is low (or maybe because I paid with a US card).. That's for LV... Carousell is not an online shop. Carousell is an ONLINE PLATFORM for SELLERS and ENTREPRENEURS to sell their stuff. Ate I know you are disappointed in carousell but at the same time, carousell , the company itself does not have any hold over the sellers that join. It is merely a platform for people to sell. People can sell anything and they cannot control it.
If it's an online platform for sellers then it should have a systematic approach and at least have a consumer protection program because ang mga consumers ang nag bibigay ng profit nila.
Meron po kau nakalimutan pag aralan ang HEAT STAMP. Lahat ng cnabi nyo tama. Pero kahit walang box,dust bag etc. Maliban sa leather/canvas, hardware, stitching, date code, Isa sa Ino authenticate ang heat stamp.

LV bags have simple presentation lang and the receipt is shorter than a short bond paper. LV lock and keys have its own small LV pouch. And yes the box itself is very simple no holes. Im so sorry you got scammed.
I purchased this exact bag in store and on a authentic Speedy B the metals are mixed. Matte hardware through out the bag itself and the strap is shinny on the clasp. I don’t know why LV makes the metals different but if you go look at the store the strap version has mixed metals.

Once narin ako narin po ako na scam, ang dami kong binili sa isang shop sa online nung dumating sakin sobrang mali nung mga items tapos kula pa yung binigay sakin no response nadin dun sa seller nung tanungin ko. Kaya kailangan talaga maingat ka sa pag oonline shopping. Kung may mga feedbacks basahin rin muna para sure. Yun lang po 😊
We had bought an LV bag monogram bag for my mother ; while my sister in law bought the same bag as you have in white, way back in 2016 from an LV store in Sweden. The bags didnt have a sling so they were cheaper. I think there were around 35K after the tax refund. Unfortunately, the LV bag that we gave to mom has a defect. She told me that the inside pocket of the bag was torn after only few uses. Our fault was that it took so long time for us to be attended, and once we had our turn, my husband was constantly calling us because he can't find a parking nearby. We were already not on the mood and we just wanted to buy the bags because my brother and his family were about to go back to Philippines after there vacation here in Europe. So, even if you buy in the store, sometimes there are not so good quality as well. My mom didnt send it back to me to Sweden for fixing. So for me, I dont want to buy branded if I am not after a certain quality that I am looking for. For example I use Samsonite luggages that are extra light (bit pricy) because I need to save on weight when I travel and not because they are branded.

USE an authenticator. there are a lot of legit of authenticators online. lalo pag first timer ka, wag ka na mag research kasi karamihan sa mga info online ay mali mali or di na applicable. like the smell, has nothing to do with authenticity in general. the date code IS NOT unique, pwede maraming bag na may same date code. it only tells WHEN the bag is made 2. USE paypal. dont do meet ups kung di ka naman marunong mag authenticate. 3. walang magbebenta ng 80+k php bag na maayos pa for 30k 4. ang resibo ang pinaka madaling i fake, printer at papel lang kailangan

May nakita akong website ng Cartier Jewelry shop sa nakalocate daw sa Makati. Hindi ako naging segurista or hindi ako nagdouble check manlang noon kasi in China trusted ang mga nabibilhan ko. So ayun naloko ako sa juste un clou replica nila at nalaman ko pa na hindi yun ang totoong website ng Cartier store sa Makati.

Ang sarap ng feeling na bibili ka ng mamahaling bag sa loob mismo ng branch niya...yung iikot ka sa loob, mag fee-feeling mayaman ka nung mga panahon na yun, kunwari pipili ka at hahawak ng ibang mas mahal na product nila, pero sa loob loob mo may bibilhin ka na. tsaka ang gusto ko is yung AMOY BAGO! yung tipong aamuyin mo lang siya buong araw pag hawak mo na siya. tapos dahil bago siya, itatago mo lang sa cabinet ng ilang linggo...at BAWAL HAWAKAN NG HINDI NAG HUHUGAS NG KAMAY!!! hahahaha

Carol Alcasabas That's what I was thinking, too. The box may have been bought from Divisoria but the bag itself seemed legit. Looking at the alignment of the logos, glazing on the handles, the sound of the zipper, etc. From afar, the bag seemed real. I don't think the scammer would be able to fake the date code to correspond with when the bag was purchased. I wish she mentioned the letters and zoomed in on the stitchings, engraved logos, etc. Authentic LV bags do have different shades of hardware based on when/where it was made and how often the bag was used. To me, the seller could have sent a fake sss/brgy/tin or any other easily manipulated government IDs, but instead sent a picture of her passport. I would not dare send my passport details to anyone online, especially if I will just use it to meet up with a potential buyer.

i think anything you have purchased (whether it is a branded bag or anything very expensive)- was your decision and your choice to make the decision. good points in your video though on preloved items on the paper bags and the stuff that go with it. they should have signs that they are not very new.

Sadly that’s the risk you have to take pag bumibili online. Ang pinakapanghahawakan mo talaga is yung mga feedbacks and ratings nung customers. Kasi yung mga ‘proof’ na pinapakita, like you said, pwedeng fake lang. Pero yung credibility nung seller masusukat sa dami ng positive comments from the buyers.

LV have two documents in an exclusive envelope - the invoice and receipt. When you brought out the bag sa vlog, I know it is fake - first look pa lang. I hope that scammer will be arrested the soonest possible

Dati pangarap ko lng mga branded item thanked God at nakapangasawa ako ng mabait na foreigner at nabibili ko na ung dati pinapangarap ko Lang. Sarap nong felling na pgpasok mo don they treat you like a Queen. Don’t give up someday makakabili ka rin ng original.
I really feel sorry for you Ms. Tin. But for me, LV yung brand na sobrang dali mo malalaman if authentic or hindi. Just bring it sa store nila. Right away talaga sasabihin nila sayo na "sorry maam, this is not our product" meaning, fake na LV yun... When I bought a pre-loved LV bag, I also met with the seller sa Makati, sa branch ng LV. We brought the LV there and pina-authenticate... kapag hindi nila tinanggap, automatic fake yun. Pero kapag tinanggap nila and nilagyan ng authentication stamp, LEGIT 👌🏻 People there are really trained to identify fake or replicas of their items.

Yun din yung akala namin na sobrang galing nila mag authenticate. We had an experience before nakabili yung kasama ko ng LV body bag for 25k, lumang style naman na kaya kapani paniwala naman sa ganung price. Tapos after a week natanggal yung zipper kasi naparami yung nilagay nya inside so baka nagtrigger. So dinala namin sa LV sa makati, inaaccept nila yung bag sabi dadalhin sa SG kasi dun aayusin, binigyan pa kami ng letter to recognize and proof na kinuha nila yung bag. Tapos sabi maybe after 1 month daw so after 1 month pagbalik namin nung kukunin na sabi they cannot fix it kasi hindi daw sa kanila galing ang item. I was like? Whaaat. Diba una palang kung nakita nilang fake rerefuse na nila yan agad pero they took it and made us wait for a month. Gusto ko sana mag complain but since it wont change the fact na fake yung nabili na bag nung kasama ko umalis nalang ako. I was the one who pick up the bag kasi ang hirap magpark kaya nag hazard lang yung kasama ko and asked me to pick it up for him to my surprise ganun nga ang nangyari 😂
Kung sinabi agad ni LV na fake yun edi sana natrace pa namin yung pinagbilhan kaso dahil kinuha yung bag akala namin orig otherwise bakit nila kukunin para ayusin. So hindi din ganun kagaling yung mga nagcheck ng bag that day. Kasi they actually took it. Ayun nasayang lang yung pera hindi pa kami nakagawa ng plan dun sa nagbenta kasi nabura na nya lahat ng details dahil nung kinuha ng lv nakampante na sya

I was also a victim of an online shopping scam. I work in the same industry wherein we do buy and sell so i decided not to tell the online shopping owner kasi alam ko what are they going to do which is the same thing happened on your end wherein they only BLOCKED the seller. Honestly speaking they will not going to help you in any forms i can say. Normally ung mga ganyan online shopping platforms, does not even willing to help. You could have atleast go directly to pulis for the entrapment just like what i did. Naiintindhan ko kung bakit po kayo nagsabi sa online shopping thinking na baka matulungan kayo at siguro na din halo halo na ung emotion nyo at that time. Sana ung mga gnitong pangyayare wag na maulit. I always watch your vlog and i can say you really have a big sincere heart, therfore you dont deserve to be on that position. Sabi nga po nila pag nawalan po tayo for sure may mas malaking ibibigay si God. Ingat na lang po tayo ulit sa susunod. Goodluck po.
I bought 5 bags from their respective stores and LV usually follows the the exchange rate (US).. I bought mine at LV Greenbelt and that's how they charged me so better if you buy when the exchange rate is low (or maybe because I paid with a US card).. That's for LV... I love the feeling of buying straight from the store:)))

Carousell is not an online shop. Carousell is an ONLINE PLATFORM for SELLERS and ENTREPRENEURS to sell their stuff. Ate I know you are disappointed in carousell but at the same time, carousell , the company itself does not have any hold over the sellers that join. It is merely a platform for people to sell. People can sell anything and they cannot control it.
They can control illegal scammer sellers like amazon did !
If it's an online platform for sellers then it should have a systematic approach and at least have a consumer protection program because ang mga consumers ang nag bibigay ng profit nila.
Meron po kau nakalimutan pag aralan ang HEAT STAMP. Lahat ng cnabi nyo tama. Pero kahit walang box,dust bag etc. Maliban sa leather/canvas, hardware, stitching, date code, Isa sa Ino authenticate ang heat stamp.

LV bags have simple presentation lang and the receipt is shorter than a short bond paper. LV lock and keys have its own small LV pouch. And yes the box itself is very simple no holes. Im so sorry you got scammed.

I purchased this exact bag in store and on a authentic Speedy B the metals are mixed. Matte hardware through out the bag itself and the strap is shinny on the clasp. I don’t know why LV makes the metals different but if you go look at the store the strap version has mixed metals.

The bags didnt have a sling so they were cheaper. I think there were around 35K after the tax refund. Unfortunately, the LV bag that we gave to mom has a defect. She told me that the inside pocket of the bag was torn after only few uses. Our fault was that it took so long time for us to be attended, and once we had our turn, my husband was constantly calling us because he can't find a parking nearby. We were already not on the mood and we just wanted to buy the bags because my brother and his family were about to go back to Philippines after there vacation here in Europe. So, even if you buy in the store, sometimes there are not so good quality as well. My mom didnt send it back to me to Sweden for fixing. So for me, I dont want to buy branded if I am not after a certain quality that I am looking for. For example I use Samsonite luggages that are extra light (bit pricy) because I need to save on weight when I travel and not because they are branded.

for those wanting to BUY pre loved luxury items... there is nothing wrong with it, nothing wrong trying to save some money but you have to be savvy. while you shared very good tips, lemme share additional tips:
1. USE an authenticator. there are a lot of legit of authenticators online. lalo pag first timer ka, wag ka na mag research kasi karamihan sa mga info online ay mali mali or di na applicable. like the smell, has nothing to do with authenticity in general. the date code IS NOT unique, pwede maraming bag na may same date code. it only tells WHEN the bag is made
2. USE paypal. dont do meet ups kung di ka naman marunong mag authenticate.
3. walang magbebenta ng 80+k php bag na maayos pa for 30k
4. ang resibo ang pinaka madaling i fake, printer at papel lang kailangan
Mas masarap yung experience bumili sa store ateng. Alam mong hindi talaga peke at may libreng tubig or champagne ka pa. Puwede mo pa ipa hot stamp yung initials mo para mas personalized ang bag mo
if I were to buy my "dream" something, I'd go for their store, for that "dream" experience, OR I'd rather a friend from abroad buy me... take extra care the next time...

Hindi talaga okay na bumili ng mga mamahaling bags or gadgets online, ang dali kasing sabihin na authentic kapag online. Pumunta nalang po kayo sa physical stores kahit mas mahal. At least doon, sure na original.
File a case sa NBI Cyber crime division dapat tlg mahuli sila baka kasabwat yung ibang staff kaya wala silang say kuno.
kasi po kung meron din lang talaga kayong pera sa LV store na po kayo bumili, un talagang tunay na LV or sa Japan merong store dun na puro pre-loved products. and I don't understand why buy pre-loved for 33k? na hindi ka sigurado kung legit? kung ako, di ko ipagkakatiwala ung 33k ko.
Be realistic po sana mga online buyers, di po tayo makakabili ng slightly used LV sa halagang P30k to think na nasa 80-100k ang price. I bought mine from LV store here in Tokyo.

For me wag ka nlng bumili sa mga online shops ksi yung mga iba fake items ang binebenta at kung bibili ka ng Luis Vuitton I check mo muna yung naka hide na pnglan ng Luis Vuitton inside the bag and I check mo yung pagholdan ng bag kung smooth ba siya at madalas ang mga original Luis Vuitton ay nakatahi and the psice,if 2,000 below lng yung price ng bag ay fake pero kpg 20,000 pataas it is original madalas
